We were very satisfied with our choice. Excellent connections to city and airport. Part of the tripla mall so lots of opportunities to eat out or go to shops. Comfortable beds and nice shower. They do charge for extra towels or robes so this might annoy some people but it was fine for our length of stay. Lots of choice and space in the breakfast room and cosy bar. I would recommend overall and stay here again if I was going to the convention center around the corner. Reception staff were lovely too. It was also nicer looking design-wise I real life than in pictures.

The charging for extra towels was something I've never seen before I had the same for 3 nights but I wasn't too bothered

Good location, lots of services and stores (even 24/7). The room was great, really clean and quiet.

Unfortunately, the reception is a mess. It took 30 minutes or more every time to talk to someone. They have 6-7 people there, but it took like 15 minutes per customer, just unbeliavable. I experienced this three times. Never been this hard to check out from a hotel. If you have time, this is not a problem of course, but business travelers probably should stay away.

Great breakfast, close (5min) to Helsinki, plenty of shops (retail and grocery) within walking distance, clean decently sized rooms, friendly staff. Bonus is a great view if you're on the right side of the building. Decent gym for a hotel.

No minibar (this was advertised but still a little odd). Went to the sauna, naked men walking around in mixed areas outside sauna and very close to the gym (as far as I could tell - may have missed a sign?).

The hotel is very clean, modern and comfortable. The room was well equipped, the bed was very comfortable. We had an amaizing view on Helsinki city center. The location is perfect, aspecially the train station in the same building, so you have an easy connection to the city center, airport, as well as long-distance destinations. The breakfast was excellent.

Beautiful room with modern design and a huge window. Very comfortable beds and two different pillows, air condition worked well until 20 *C and very clean. Beautiful modern bathroom and very good breakfast. Location is very close to the railway station and inside Tripla Mall. Absolutely no sound in the room, very quiet and enjoyable. There are also lots of discount coupons in the magazine in the room. Will definitely come again.

No minibar/fridge in the room. The room temperature could not be adjusted below 20 *C which is a bit too warm for me at night. The trash bin in the bathroom was broken and could not be closed but the staff was very friendly and promised to change it next time. The hotel does not have an own restaurant and quite many places were closed after 8 pm, but two restaurants nearby were open, just a bit expensive and only pizza/burger/steak/salmon. Otherwise excellent.

The room was spacious for one person and the Nordic style interior was fresh. A handy location for train travellers, super nice and friendly staff and service. The breakfast was also excellent and not too crowded.

The room was a bit pricey considering the immediate neighbourhood doesn't have much beyond the station and the mall and my room was facing the more boring inner yard, but the hotel itself was still lovely!

the direct connection to the city center with train tram and close to a friends place. breakfast had fruits like water melon , berries … it’s close to the central forest, so if you like to take a daily run or walk through nature it is 5min only to get there.

when we arrived we had some dirty bed covers, and found some rests of food in the bed. the first cleaning was like I may do it at home when I have no time, the second was like I would expect in a hotel . the view is emotionally splitted. on the one hand you have a beautiful view on the city and the Baltic Sea, but a large portion is the train rails and if you look not to the Horizont to a construction work I. front of the hotel.

Great location and very close to public transportation options. Staff is friendly and welcoming. We stayed to watch the super cup final and the stadium was only 20 minutes with bus from the hotel. Our room was clean and decently quiet during the late hours. Easy access to supermarkets and shopping facilities. Breakfast is very inclusive with vegetarian options and various kinds of bread and yogurt.

The door to our shower got stuck a few times but it was not a problem at all, just needed a little push.

Better information about vegan options on breakfast. I had to learn from a friend that I can ask for warm vegan protein from the staff – I understand that to minimise food waste it’s only served by request, but the information about this should have been clearly visible e.g. next to the fridge where the vegan bread toppings were available.

Great variety and well tasting food for breakfast. From more traditional dishrs to some country specific specialities.Big clean rooms with modern design. Extremely comfortable bed!

A swimming pool would have been icing on the cake but I later learned that there are rooms with private sauna and bath tub so will book that next time :)
