ACHAT Hotel Corbin München Airport

I unfortunately had to stay here as a friend I was travelling with had a medical emergency and was sent from the airport to the hospital in Freisling. That said if you have an early flight from Munich and want to spend the night in a pretty town with lots of nice restaurants I would not hesitate to recommend here. Taxi time approx 20 minutes to the airport. Breakfast really excellent and the waitress was lovely.

The check in was a little robotic as if the receptionist was reading from a script and no information given on the town...things to see, where to eat etc.

Solid hotel. Clean room/bathroom. Good Swedish-buffet-style breakfast, which had everything I would want, for example, eggs (both hard-boiled and scrambled), ham, yoghurt + cereals/muesli, fruit salad, coffee, water, fruit juice etc. Location is in a quiet area, 800 m away from the train station, from where you can take the regional train to go to the airport. Freising is a nice little town.

My biggest gripe is that the Internet was spotty. Had mobile data on my phone, so it never troubled me. Also, the taxi from the airport to the hotel was expensive (35 Euros) and the hotel has no shuttle (unlike other Airport hotels). The train/bus station is not far (800m), but you will have to walk that distance. For me it was not a problem when going to the airport, in fact, it provided me with a good opportunity to visit the city center.

Modern, unique lighting, comfortable stay. We missed our flight and needed a place to crash at the last minute. Since Munich city center would have been a trek, we thought we would check out this nearby village of Freising. To our delight, this hotel was well situated just one block from the historic city center with cute shops and restaurants without being touristy. FYI The cab costs 40€ one way from the airport but the bus is convenient with the nearest stop a close walk from the hotel and only costs 4€.

Our room was close to the garage so for a family with a baby it was fantastic. We have a bit more than just a suitcase for a baby. So it was great that we didn't need to walk that much with all our baby stuff. Furher i would like to thank the lady at the reception who checked us in (24/ 6 around 11pm). She was stunning, super kind, had a great talk while checking in but overall she was professional! Last, is love the parking at the garage! It even works with a roofbox on top of the car.

Well the room was in general pretty clean. Unfortunately their where a lot of spiderwebs and small spiders themselves in a few corners of the room. The day after they still didn't clean it. I did make pictures of it.

It wasn't out first time in this hotel so we aren't wondered that this hotel offers a great experience for your value. The room was big enough and also very neat. Since we were traveling with a baby, we could use a baby cot provided by the hotel (without charge). The bathroom has plenty of towels and a hairdryer is available. The location is an ideal base for us to visit Therme Erding or to visit Freising or Munich. It was a great experience for us and we will definitely be back!

Pillows are too soft. You completely sink into it.

The breakfast for a fee was excellent. The location was perfect as we were able to walk to and from the train station with our luggage. The customer service at the front desk was fantastic and they helped us to make our transportation to the airport via taxi. Loved the town of Freising. Highly recommend this hotel if you are flying home out of Munich.

The only thing we had a problem with were the pillows. They were too flimsy.

We have to rest somewhere when our flight was cancelled and this hotel suited perfectly. Late check-in without any problems, quiet and clean room, exactly what we needed after the stress at the airport. We liked the breakfast - it has everything we needed to regain strength for going back to the airport and try the luck again.

We got a room in the basement. For our very short stay it was totally OK, but for longer stay I wouldn't feel well there.

They took a very late booking when I had missed a connecting flight and Lufthansa were being hopeless in helping stranded passengers. I had no luggage with me and they were super friendly when I arrived tired at around midnight. They provided me with toiletries and had cold beer available ! It made life much better. Breakfast was good too and it was easy to get back to the airport in the morning.

The property is really closed to the city centrum, coffee shops and restaurants. The place is bright clean and all staff is extremely friendly.

Missing air conditioning and the garage was not usable( access restricted due to some damage at the entrance)

Perfect location, near the heart of Freising, cozy and clean room, very modern and efficient setup.

Great breakfast with the minor exception that the tea water wasn't hot and no unflavoured water (had a mint leaf and lemon which our young child was not a fan of).
