The breakfast was very good and the food service staff were very friendly. The location is excellent for Bricktown access.

One of the elevators stopped working, so there was a lot of congestion on all of the floors when people were trying to check out, go down to breakfast, and even the workers couldn't move between floors to get their jobs done. There is no parking. Only valet, or a parking garage a few blocks down.

The property was an ideal location. It was very close to everything we wanted to do. It as a pretty easy walk or trolly ride to everything including Paycom center and the Oklahoma Memorial. Our car could be valeted or there was public parking near by. The check in and restaurant staff were very nice.

We were there for 3 nights and they did not bring fresh towels or coffee supplies after we checked in.

The view out one of our rooms was amazing! Too bad there wasn’t a game playing. I chose this property for its location, Not for Bricktown access, which would have been perfect but it was also the perfect location to the OU Medical buildings/Hospitals. Only 1.5 miles to our appointment and didn’t have to get on the Interstate to drive.

Although the valet staff was quick and courteous it is not convenient for going and coming between appointments. Otherwise perfect.

The breakfast was actually good. However, $21.00 for an omelet is way out of line.

What really pisses me off about places like this is when you get to pay unexpected valet parking for $30.00 a day! They have NO SELF PARKING so you are at their mercy and they know it. They put me in a room that had a great view of the AC unit and the roof. And...you get to hear it kick on every few minutes! Bonus!

Nothing the facility could do. The location seems to be diminishing in safety. It is further away from the Oklahoma Convention Center than what it used to be. 1 mile walk. No shuttle.

Very convenient and quiet in the room despite lots going on in the street plus a loud thunderstorm.

Some in our group paid much less. Breakfast was confusing about what it cost. Should have complimentary coffee. Also parking was expensive and got full on Saturday night so we had to find parking on the street.

The location was perfect as was the seamless check-in and check-out. Room was super clean and comfortable. The staff at all levels were friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again!

I was able to easily connect to free wifi first night. Not sure why but had trouble connecting to my VPN/server the next morning. Hard to tell if this was an internal issue with my IT or with wifi.

Had to pay for it. Wasn't any better than a continental breakfast in some hotels we've stayed at

Valet was alittle pricey. We left our vehicle in the parking garage our whole stay. Still paid 32.00 a day.

Clean facility, located right in Bricktown, the front desk clerks, bar staff, house cleaning and valet workers were all extremely professional and friendly.

We should have stayed longer.

Overall it was good. Good location in Bricktown. Friendly staff. Clean. Indoor pool. Pre-paid breakfast was convenient.

The refrigerator compressor was noisy, particularly when when sleeping. The toilet tank didn't always fill when flushed - you had to juggle the handle.
