I love the service the gentleman who checked us in was very friendly and the room was very clean and comfortable. Very good price!! It's nothing fancy but that isn't what i was looking for. I wanted affordable good location accepts pets and comfortable and thats exactly what i got!

The only downfall to my stay was that my daughter couldn't sleep because the people above her were stomping and running back and forth all night. There were people in the hallways being very loud making my daughters dog go crazy. We were in separate rooms my daughter was on the first floor where the pet room is and it was just very loud down there. Much quieter on second floor where I was.

Convenient to food and shopping. Beds were comfortable.

There were only 2 pillows for the bed. No elevator. And the shower head wasn't adjustable to change water power.

That everything was quick and easy and the staff was very greeting and welcoming. It smelled really good throughout the whole facility.

Very convenient location, very clean, and comfortable enough. Good TV and cable. Appreciate the fridge and coffeemaker, even though the coffee was only okay. The accessible bathroom was a huge improvement, and very nice.

The man who checked me in was rude and talked to me like I was an idiot when I removed my credit card from the card reader, as the reader instructed, before my card processed for the deposit. The box spring or bed support seemed to be worn and made noises every time we got into or out of bed; that didn't affect our comfort. We were glad the high and low fan settings on the A/C worked, but it was noisy, and we couldn't direct the air flow toward the bed at all. And I am concerned that the deposit is still showing twice on my credit card transactions; I was assured at checkout that this is normal. I'll see if both charges disappear when the deposit is credited back..

Very convenient location, clean and reasonably priced. Easy to check in and out. Great blackout curtains. Quiet and comfortable. Appreciated the accessible bathroom. Easy to get the extra pillows I needed.

Terrible shower only worked as handheld, and very low water pressure. Tricky to get the A/C to work, but I finally got it. Great to have a coffeemaker in the room, but impossible to use it safely on the tall hutch--maybe they should leave it unplugged so the customer can move it to a more convenient location. If this place has breakfast, they never mention it at check-in.

The room was very clean, and the price was decent. It was pretty comfortable, and the soundproofing was good. Glad to have TV, coffeemaker, fridge, and microwave for my overnight stay. The location was very convenient to my daughter's apartment and Route 1, and the drive was easy. It was good enough for our needs. The room was extremely clean, quite comfortable and quiet, and we slept well and felt safe.

Kind of an ugly location, but that didn't matter. The bathroom outlets didn't work; we adjusted. Going to the bathroom was scary, because the toilet was low, the floor was slippery, and there were no grab bars. The bathroom fan was noisy but pretty ineffective, so the floor got even more slippery after we took showers. The air conditioner was loud, but it worked; I wish I could have adjusted the fan speed. I also wish I had gone back to the lobby and asked for extra pillows.
