Very nice selection of breakfast, hot and cold. Omelettes and waffles made on request. Great location, very central and yet very quiet. Very close to trams, buses and subway, and only 10 min walk to Prague central station where you can take the Airport bus directly to the airport. 100 CZK per person, takes about 30 min, very smooth. Tickets are purchased from the driver. About 5 min walk to Old town, lots of shops and restaurants close by and everything is within walking distance. Rooms are big and spacious, nice size bathroom, very comfy beds! We will definately book Grandium next time in Prague. :)

The staff was very friendly and helpful even with a special request I made. The check-in was a breeze. The room had very good WiFi and was spacious, with a very nice and large bathroom. Good air conditioning. The breakfast was excellent. Very crispy bacon was served :) The location is extremely good, you can walk from the train station to the hotel if you want, it is like 2 blocks away. You have two metro lines very close too. Would stay again.

We were not happy that we had to pay for water in the room. Also the extortionate cost to use the swimmimg pool. Having stopped regularly at this standard of hotel throughout Europe (& Worldwide) we are not accustomed to paying for bottled water and the use of the pool. This would put us off staying in the hotel in the future or recommending the hotel.

I was impressed with how close the hotel is to the train station. We walked to the hotel, which was in a good quiet location even though it was just around the corner from Wenceslas square. Everything was so easily accessible, so close to the shopping district and restaurants. The hotel rooms are spacious and very comfortable, quality stay. The hotel is so clean and the staff are so accommodating and helpful. Highly recommend this place.

it wars fine rooms, good breakfast we are very satisfied Witherspoon our stay. we had booked three rooms and everything was very good.

The shower had very low preasure and the hose was very short in the room with bathtub. in the room that only had shower the floor was very slippery when it get wet.

Excellent hotel, nice and clean. Spacious rooms, very good breakfast, and the location is outstanding - right at the heart of Prague, and close to tram lines that can take you anywhere you want in the area. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The spa in floor -1 is operated by a separate company, which is doing a bit of a dis-service to the hotel. While the staff is friendly and professional, the rooms are tiny, there is no shower, and there are no beds - you lay on a mattress on the floor. I tried it once and was disappointed. Being a little nit-picky, the tomatoes in the breakfast buffet were consistently mushy. Disappointing (as I love tomatoes) and inconsistent with the rest of the buffet (which is really good) and with the overall level of the hotel.

The hotel location is excellent, it's only a few minutes walk from many of the major attractions, whilst being situated in a very quiet street, the best of both worlds really. I never heard any noise either from guests in corridors or from the street outside during my visit, which was unusual but very welcome. The hotel and facilities are excellent, really comfy room, fantastic choice of hot and cold food for breakfast, and the staff were all friendly and very helpful.

Whilst the rooms are very comfy and have everything you need, the decor could do with a refresh, particularly the room carpet and some of the paintwork. It's immaculately clean, but it needs an upgrade.

The hotel was about 7 minutes walk from central railway station and was close to the tram stop, from where we took tram no. 14 and then changed to tram no.22, which would take us right to the castle. The hotel was also within walking distance to the old town and major shopping street.

We reserved a room with twin beds, but after checked in, we found our room was weirdly shaped, somewhat trapezoidal, narrow on the door side and wider on the window side , and with only a double bed. So we had to call the front desk, and finally we got a twin-bedded room with a normal shape. Unfortunately, the bathroom had a smell not so normal. Therefore, in my opinion, Grandium was really not up to the standards of a 5 star hotel.

The breakfast were excellent, you could find anything you fancy , food, breakfast et all. Breads, pastries, yoguts, juices, cereals, coffee, teas, cakes, cold and hot of different dishes. Every morning it was a real pleasure the breakfast.

Too big hotel, too many people. The corridors look like a maze, people got lost as we did to find either the lifts or the rooms. The room cleaning done at lunchtime, so if you return to your room for whatever reason the cleaning person leaves a piece of paper that the room will not be cleaned that day . Difficult to shower in a bath very narrow even though the bathroom is big. The place for the kettle was dangerously near the electric sockets. The window could not open very much.

Stayed in the Grandium Suite which was a very good size (lounge area is huge!). There is a fridge available in the room along with a kettle and tea/coffee. Breakfast is served 06:30 - 10:30. The fresh omelette station was a big hit! Hotel was clean throughout. Concierge very helpful and helped us sort out some bookings. Hotel happy to hold onto our luggage (in a secure area) either side of our stay. Hotel in great location, restaurant, bars, nightclubs & Old Town all within easy walking distance. I would definitely stay here again. Would recommend ordering an Uber from the Airport to hotel.

If I was being picky - wished the small bar by the front entrance remained open a bit longer. We came back hoping for a nightcap around mid-night and it was closed. Grandium suite could do with a TV in the bedroom (TV is on the lounge area).
