The hotel benefits from an excellent location for exploring the centre of Rouen, very easy to find and just off the ring road. It offers a small private parking for €8 per day. I was not able to pre-book a parking space, but there was space available when we arrived. Check-out at 12 is a plus. The receptionist spoke very good English, which helped as neither of us spoke French. The breakfast tables have electric sockets, so you can charge your phone in the morning. The rhubarb jam served at breakfast with pancakes was very nice.

The breakfast would benefit from including fresh vegetables (e.g. tomatoes, cucumbers or peppers) and savoury cooked options, making €9.40 per person a better deal. There was only one electric socket in the room. The bathroom did not appear to have much ventilation and there was a bit of mould visible on the grouting in the shower cabin. There was a sign in the bathroom saying that a shaver plug is under the mirror - it was very hard to lift its cover, but I did manage in the end.

When we arrived we had the feeling we where way further out of the center than we expected. Luckily we where absolutely wrong. The location is actually quite good and everything is in walkin distance. We had space for the car and did not move it anymore until we left. Actually one of our best nights of sleep in a while, the bed was super soft, good pillows. That was a big plus for us.

The bathroom was quite small for 2 people. You'll find a way around it's good to know if you're not super comfortable with the person you're traveling with.

This is a gem of a budget hotel, situated just a short walk from the historical centre. The rooms are small but very clean with large comfy beds. There is free wi fi and vending machines in the lobby. French breakfast is available and secure parking must be pre booked for 8 euro. You can leave your car until 1700 on the day of departure and they are in the process of installing DC EV charging. The staff are helpful and friendly and sadly their English is better than my French. I shall be returning

No aircon in room and the shower cubicle was very small

Cheap, clean, good location for a stopover and walking distance to city centre. Dog friendly and parking on site. Added bonus of an electric charging station. Friendly staff.

One of our four rooms smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Staff were very friendly and helpful and swapped the room for us but the new room also smelled of smoke though not as strongly. Was supposed to be a non smoking hotel but obviously this is ignored.

I have stayed at this hotel on a number of occasions and for the price it is excellent. Location is a 10 to 15 minute walk to the Cathedral and bars and restaurants. It is accessible without having to drive through the busy town centre . The rooms are spotlessly clean and the staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good and served until 10am I believe and check out is later than most hotels

The only criticism I have was there was only one power socket in the room above the desk. I wanted to charge three things overnight but could not. Sockets and or USB charging points either side of the bed would have been nice

Overall this was a good hotel. It had good facilities. It was centrally located in Rouen and within walking distance of the historic centre. There was a very good breakfast provided.

There was a lack of parking. The reception staff did make good suggestions about where to find paid parking. The bathroom was good but fairly small.

The staff was very helpful and nice. Housekeeping was perfect, location was great and private parking was very safe.

The room didn't have any safe, tea coffee facility. Breakfast was average without much choices.

The guy at reception went above and beyond to keep me happy when decided to book the second night. Extremely professional attitude, similar to 5 stars. The location is perfect, breakfast is good and quality price is amazing.

The hotel has a great location, only about 10 minutes walk from the city center. The receptionist was very helpful. Everything was clean. There are about 10 parking spaces in the hotel area. The surroundings of the hotel seemed safe even after dark.

The staff were excellent, anything I needed was provided for, I could leave my bicycle somewhere safe and my luggage that goes with it, this is the most important thing to me and the hotel took care of it. My room was great, shower was good, I can't think of anything j didn't enjoy about my stay here. 10/10. :)
