We booked to be near the FRENCH SECTOR at Geneva Airport for our car rental return. That is a place so difficult to access (if your car rental does not have a Swiss motorway vignette - and they don't if from the French sector, but a lot cheaper). The trip across Geneva from the Annecy direction without using the Swiss A1 motorway is a nightmare. This hotel is BRILLIANTLY LOCATED just a couple of Km from the airport and on the correct side. It is newly and fabulously renovated and I have to pick myself to realise how little it cost for such a wonderful facility. Everything was brilliant. Free parking on site.

Location is very accessible. Just remember that it is in zone 250 and Geneva is in zone 10. So if you plan to go to the city, you will need to have a multi zone pass for public transport. Costs about 13 CHF for a day pass. Bus no. 66 from airport to Ferney-Levant. If you are at the Coronavin station, take bus no. F to Ferney-Avenue de Jura and then walk down to the hotel.

I like the staff at Appart City very nice and friendly, I have stayed more than 3 months so the staff has been very helpful, kind and supportive. I would like to highlight Tamy's excellent job not only as femme de chambre but as a person that knows very well the Ferney-Voltaire area and surroundings and gives clients very valuable information. The lights in the rooms are very low and the heaters had a limit of consumtion. Very nice hotel, with amazing view and servide.

The rooms are quiet with very comfortable beds and showers, The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and the breakfast has a wide choice of fresh products. From tasty little pancakes and DIY waffles to a variety of bread and croissants, cold cuts, cheeses, plenty of juices and fresh local honey. Fruits, coffees and teas, yoghurt, cereals, it's there.

I appriciate thé liberty of late check in and late check out. Also the coiffée machine and the large room were nice for me.

Place explain your clients that thé bus 66 stops nearby and takes you to Genève Airport in 10 minutes.

The Appart'City Confort Geneva Aeroport greatly exceeded our expectations. A modernized hotel, with friendly staff, quality rooms, and great breakfast all within a minute of the airport made it a very comfortable experience.

grest location, last minute booking for four of us in two rooms. beautiful rooms, comfortable beds, gret breakfast.

our evening was somewhat spoiled in the bar, where we were enjoyong a drink and food. the rather beautiful grand piano in redeption was sort of 'attacked' by a young woman who proceeded to thump both ends of the keyboard whilst stamping on the amplifying pedal. no attempt to play, nor musical skill, simply an awful noise. when i asked her to stop she ignored me. i then asked the member of staff attending thr bar t ask her to stop, which he did. However she then came over to me at my table to inform me that she worked at the hotel! she was clearly a bit drunk, quite obnoxious, unapologetic and not a little angry at me. very poor.

The renovations of this hotel offers an excellent hotel, comfortable and very pleasant

The menue in the restaurant is not what I would expect all the way to the very disappointing Cafe gourmand. Although there is an effort, hamburgers and fries should not be what this type of hotel serve. The prices are also very high which would be in tune with this type of hotel if it were for a nice French dish. I miss the planche de charcuterie and cheeses and the menue of good French cuisine served before renovations.

The room was clean, and the housekeeping was excellent. The kitchenette was helpful, so if you prefer, you can buy groceries to cook in the room. Everything is provided, including utensils. Breakfast was also great and not just continental, but rich enough to be filling and satisfying.

The cast function on the TV never worked for me. I would never have tried it if it was not offered. But if it is provided, then it should work. Also, parking was sometimes a problem, especially on the days when they hosted the Rotary meeting.

The location is perfect if you need to be in Geneva but don't want to pay a lot of money over there because Switzerland is very expensive. This hotel is minutes from the border with Switzerland. I liked that there is parking right outside, the staff is courteous and attentive. I liked the tiny appliances in the room. The beds were so comfortable! The hallways are quiet and it is a peaceful area with grocery stores, restaurants and coffee shops nearby

The floors were absolutely filthy! Our new shoes were dusty and dirty on the bottom. The lamps above the night stands were also very dirty. I think that they don't maintain the rooms like they should. One thing that I was upset about: there were 4 pods of coffee in the room, next to the coffee machine upon checking in. We chose to not have housekeeping, but stopped by the front desk to request we got the 4 coffee pods for that day, but we were told that only the first 4 were complimentary, and each additional pod costs €1.50. It should be free for guests. I didn't like that at all because they're cheap for doing that. They probably should pay €1.50 more per hour to the cleaning people, so that they can do a better job with the upkeep of the rooms
