The breakfast was excellent, the venue and room

The Hotel Reception Manager ( the old Man always in the black jacket) was rude, un freindly and not willing to help and in my view he is a racist. He seems rigid and tired and seems busy compared to guests. I was happy to be attended and helped by the young gentleman tall and dark in colour and the two ladies, those are excellent, they listen and help, give them my special regards

The free navette from Geneva Airport on Swiss side Did Not operate after 4pm. Novotel which is over the boarder in France ,a circuitous route made by Swiss taxi from airport taxi €40., The hotel is in France,and returning back to Genena airport the navette drops you on the French side of Geneva airport and so you have to go through security checks to get to Swiss side of airport for departure flights to UK All a bit confusing and I speak French. Next time I will book an airport hotel on Swiss side of airport area.

I liked the staff, the room, the hotel

I did not like that even though it is called Novotel Geneve Airport it is not in a walking distance from the airport and shuttles only start from 6:40. I booked this hotel due to the very early flight but there was no shuttle transfer so i had to take a taxi which costed extra. To be honest, if my flight is late enough to take the 6:40 shuttle you might as well stay in town as there is good public transport. The hotel should really think of having an airport transport available anytime since they market themselves as an airport hotel

The absolute best thing was the welcome we received from Amin’s. The room was great, if a little jaded. Nice large room with a great shower. The shuttle to the airport was really punctual and excellent.

The food on offer was mediocre with only pizza or hamburger available. This is a problem when you don’t have a vehicle.

The room was surprisingly spacious. The staff were lovely. The shuttle from the airport was great. The general area was quiet.

Bathrooms were a bit old fashioned. Breakfast was quite expensive. The location is quite far from any tram stops so you need a bit of a walk if you're getting public transport into Geneva.

Everything really. We needed a base near the airport and it surpassed expectations. Very spacious comfy rooms, great staff who went above and beyond, free transfer to and from the airport, decent bar, great breakfast

The restaurant wasn't open so there wasn't much food choice but the receptionist made us a pizza each which was a lovely touch

Super convenient 2-ways airport transfer from Geneva Swiss side. Great and friendly staffs. Walked to the weekend martlet nearby, good experience. Supermarkets restaurants and Mac Donald’s just opposite hotel.

We went in Sep and there was an aircon, but it was still a bit hot till we open the window. However we can’t leave the windows open all night since we stay at ground level.

Beautiful location and staff are amazing and their service. If any chance I really want to visit again.

Excellent high quality service and very welcoming. I really admire and appreciate each one of them, a big thank you for everyone.

1- Location of the hotel is perfect. 10 minutes from the airport and Right across the street from a mall and an Indian / Pakistani restaurant. There is also E. Leclerc supermarket, McDonald's and plenty ot other restaurants and stores. 2- Breakfast was great (European/ French). 3- Shuttle from / to the airport.

The room was a little small once we opened the sofa bed. We took a room for 4.

Fabulous staff who were very understanding of our delayed flight, and very responsive to messages. Really went above and beyond to help. Lovely Rituals products in the bathroom. The kids area in reception was a welcome addition.

Dated room, however very comfortable.
