Room was small and with basic and simple fittings, everything looked new and appeared to have been recently refitted. This was also apparent as it seemed that the second building was just being refurbished, Secure parking overnight.

Small room, barely enough room to get down the side of the bed to climb in. The Cleaners entered room daily and replaced/tidied things even before leaving day. The Towels disappeared while we were having breakfast on the last morning then we had to obtain more from reception. Lots of people milling around the car park at all hours. No Coffee making facilities in the room.

Good location close to the airport and hire car return premises. Lots of parking. Close to a commercial centre which had eateries and grocery stores,plus a petrol station. The hotel was undergoing renovations during our stay,which were very noisy. The staff were very helpful and moved us to a quieter room on request. We could see how challenging it was for them to work during the renovations... The renovations will improve the hotel services and I would stay there again in the future.

Just rating the hotel on its own merit, it was very good. This is a no-frills hotel, and so one only wants it to be clean and comfortable and not-excessively noisy. Given the affordable rate, I would say this was an excellent choice for us for a layover before leaving for our Geneva flight. I’d choose this hotel again if needing a quick layover.

This hotel met all the marks for what it’s meant to be. A layover hotel to/from the airport. If I could have had more thing, it would have been a mini fridge. But that’s not a given feature in Europeans hotels. We hung our perishables in a bag outside the window. Voila!

Staff is really nice and helpful. They helped us how to go to the Asian restaurant buffet just at the corner, explain how the shuttle works, explained how to use the buses around to go commercial center. Offered coffee, and kept luggage for us because we had to pick a car for rental. They tried to accommodate us the best they could even if there were works in the buildings for redesigning. Bed were comfy, space to put clothes and other stuff appreciated. Bathroom was very good size.

Noisy because of the works in the building fo redesigning. The bathroom shower head wasn't working well, and leaking probably broken Would have appreciated having kettle and complimentary in the room.

I use this hotel every year since 2018, at least 2 times per year. Newly renovated room, clean and tidy. The renovation was done kind of ok. For the price, the room is nice.

They closed the main entrance for somje renovation work, not well signalised. I had to go with my luggage upstairs without elevator. It was just for a single day, so is ok. Cleanliness is OK-eish. Could be slightly better - I think they are mostly vacuuming but a wet wipe from time to time would be great. I was not confident enough to go bear feet.

We are a young backpacking couple so this place was perfect for us whilst visiting geneva. If you're looking for basic, clean and affordable accommodation I would definitely recommend here. It is just over the French border so it's much cheaper than staying in Geneva City. Moreover, it's super close to a big supermarket and also a fantastic pizza takeaway place. The breakfast was nice and definitely more affordable than a restaurant in Geneva (€10 per person) . You also have access to hot water and a microwave. The lounge area is really nice too, good place to chill. We felt safe here. The bed was super comfortable.

The bathroom itself was very small, difficult to maneuver in after a shower and toilet did not flush properly and the room was pretty basic. The hotel is right next to a bus stop although The bus over the border to Switzerland is quite expensive.

The room, bed and toilet was spacious, tidy and clean! The hotel provided basic amenities and the staff was great in responding to our queries for nearby food options. Appreciated the drop-off option for the card at the reception as we had to check out early.

The location was slightly far from the airport, had to take and transfer public buses to reach the hotel. Had to catch an early morning flight, and public transport options were not readily available which required us to walk further to catch another bus. To note that we had to pay an additional city tax upon arrival when checking in (1.60 Euro for two people for one night).

Close to Geneve airport just over the border into France (roughly 3-4 miles, which we did by foot, which was pleasant given how walkable Switzerland is in general). Grocery store nearby, beautiful quiet area. Friendly staff, clean, and comfortable room which was perfect for our single night stay. Didn't stay for breakfast so can't comment on that service but the cafe area did look very clean and inviting.

Similar to Premiere Inn or Travel Lodge in the UK but sadly no kettle with tea and coffee in the room but not the end of the world, but they do sell cola/wine at the check-in desk. One pillow per person on the double bed which threw us off at first but don't be alarmed, these are extremely comfy as is! The shower head was a kind of strange misty pressure washer, took a minute to get used to, and very slippery shower stall!

Great value for price. Clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. Shops and restaurants quite near (but the walk isn’t nice as you have to walk on the side of a busy road where people drive really fast).

The toilet/shower was really tiny. I also would have preferred a bigger window in the room. The connections by public transport were very infrequent, but of course I should have checked this better beforehand. By car it would have been much more convenient.

I have used this hotel regularly since 2018. Always happy to return. The rooms are ok, the staff is nice. Geneva is easily reachable by car, shopping centre is just a few minutes away.

Cleanliness can be improved. Overall, the hotel and its furniture start to show its age. The price policy was changed to accommodate the events in Geneva and sometimes the prices are increased too much for the value. I miss the times when I knew exactly what to expect cost-wise regardless of the moment of the year.
