The location was absolutely perfect for me. Across the road from the station and very short walk to the city centre and all the tourist attractions. Friendly and helpful staff.

The cleaners were lovely polite ladies but the cleaning schedule was quite erratic. The cleaners tend to appear any time between 1400-1800, which was a bit inconvenient as usually they would turn up just as I had returned to my room during the hottest part of the day for a shower and a little rest. The breakfast was okay, simple but sufficient, My only recommendation would be a reasonably fresh loaf of bread rather than hard rolls.

The room was pretty elegant for a 3 stars hotel, the space was really well organized and it gave the whole room the sense of a much larger one. The staff was really efficient (fastest checkin/checkout procedure we ever had), really kind and helpful. The location is great (right across the train station) making it perfect for a pass-through Montpellier stay (as we had). I also loved that there was a bit of milk next to the coffee machine in the room so that I can prepare my coffee the way I liked :)

The bathroom, while quite elegant and with a pretty spacious shower cabin, lacks any proper place to store your wet towels (especially if you intend to reuse them). You can hang them on the cabin door, but it would be much better to have a proper hanger there.

Great location right next to the train station Saint Roch, which also means it is only a few minutes walk to Place de la Comedie. We asked for a quiet room, which we got. Good size, comfortable bed, clean room and bathroom. We also were able to get an early check-in, since we arrived earlier than anticipated. Thank you.

Sadly, none of the in-room appliances were working properly when we moved into the room (safe storage box, blow drier, tv remote). While we received a replacement for the tv remote (or the batteries got replaced), the safe was never fully functional (despite some repairs being done) so we did not feel comfortable leaving the laptops in the room when exploring Montpellier. We did not notice the blow drier was not working properly until the morning we left at which point it was too late to ask for it to be fixed or replaced.

Everything! It is a cozy hotel with everything one may need: the room is not so large but very functional, practical, modern, light and very clean. The location cannot be better, just the very center! The bathroom is pretty spacious and also well-designed, all is greatly maintained. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming, explained all the important information with professionalism and smile. Totally worth its money

Nothing to complain

A great choice if you're travelling by train - literally over the road from St Roch main station. The hotel is only ten minutes walk from the city centre, though, so shops and restaurants are close by. (And trams stop around the corner from the hotel; the main tram interchange is nearby in the city centre.) I was impressed by all facilities in the room - it looked new - but was told by reception staff that renovation had taken place some time ago. An initial worry that the first-floor room overlooked the tramway and station, and would therefore be noisy, proved unfounded. I slept well in a superbly comfortable bed. The reception staff were very speedy in dealing with my requests. I would choose this hotel again.

The 'breakfast room' is actually the extended reception area taken over each morning - hardly ideal. The breakfast itself is adequate, and the breakfast serving woman works very hard. Although a lift reaches all floors, there is still a short flight of stairs to be negotiated for some rooms on the first floor - tricky if you're carrying heavy bags.

very convenient location close to the railway station. close to shops, restaurants and sites. staff were exceptional, friendly and nothing too much trouble. room comfortable and very clean. will definitely book again. it’s quite a busy area but with the windows shut you can barely hear anything outside.

nothing it was great. maybe slightly expensive but feel this reflects the closeness to amenities and station.

Breakfast was good value, good variety and informally comfortable. You could have it quick or slow- up to you.

Hot breakfast items like scrambled eggs were often not replenished quickly( I think mainly because the are cooked in small amounts)- not a major issue because of choice. I also think the stairs are a bit riskier- narrow steps.

The rooms were very nice, although there was some trouble with the airconditioning in one of them. The hotel is well placed for exploring Montpellier and very close to the train station.

At the moment, large parts of Montpellier were being renovated, reconstructed, which - although probably necessary - took away some from the experience.

Staff was really helpful when we had questions about public transportation. They were always friendly and ready to help! The check-in was quick and easy. The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean.

The shower head was broken as was the little lamp above the bed. At first sight everything seemde to be working properly, but when you started moving things around or touching stuff, it broke down. The bathroom was also very wet after a shower because there wasn't much of a shower curtain or anything similar.

Hotel well situated next to train station and Place de la Comedie. Modern, clean room with good, quiet air con. Friendly and helpful staff. Small but pleasant breakfast area.

The skylight in our room didn’t have a blind, so it was very light in the early morning. It would have been nice to have tea and coffee facilities in the room
