The staff was sweet (she seemed to be the only one), she was walways very read to helpf and she was efficient. The bed was very soft and comfortable and the heater in the room was very efficient with snow temperatures through the week.

I was disappointed with the location of the hotel. It offered little other than the room and room-related offerings. The noise level was high, my room window was right next to a sidewalk and I could hear everyone talking who was passing by. Also, there were smokers in the next room, and each time they smoked, the smoke would come into my room from a tiny slit of an open window in my room. Each time the front door opened, it squeaked. I organised a taxi for the trip back to the airport in English and the taxi driver came 30 min late, he did not speak a word of English.

The room was excellent, very spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and the shower had great water pressure. Staff was helpful. The main sights are within 10-30 minutes walking. There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

There is no signage and where the hotel is marked on google maps is not actually where the hotel is. Thankfully someone came out to help when I contacted the hotel about being unable to find it. The second time I contacted the hotel on WhatsApp I received no response, though. Also, there is no laundry service.

It's an absolutely wonderful kind of aparthotel. New, modern, in Scandinavian-like style, very clean. Daily service. Amazingly caring and friendly landlady! I enjoyed my very short stay there a lot! Also loved the mountain-close district in a near distance to the old town with signature cafes and bars on the way.

Some little things can still be improved, like a little bit slippery floor in the bathroom or a shower gel container.

There's no breakfast option. However, the location was good as walkable to all restaurant, bars and to the tourist area within the city.

It could have been better if they could serve a breakfast and if having neflix for the TV program. But overall, it was good stay and we are satisfied.

I arrived in Tbilisi in the morning around 4am and they let me to have early check in. Big thanks for Tamara, she welcomed me and even helped me to pay for the taxi. The hotel was clean and comfy. Good value for money

The room and bathroom were clean, quiet and comfy, provided with coffee and water kettle. The owner is friendly, welcoming, available to help (ex: she helped us with our laundry). We needed a rest after a month traveling around, before heading back home and we definitely had it. Thanks for all.

Very good staff. The owner is friendly, welcoming and always available to help. Clean and comfortable room. Every day cleaning of the room and change of towels, excellent service. Highly recommended.

the room was clean, the towels has been changed every dan, interior is new and modern, is in the basment no need too use elevators, surroundings was quiet, it’s quite near the old town center, after we left we got a present, yeah

is in the hill, but we steel went up daily by foot.

The room and bathroom were very clean, they clean it everyday and refill my coffee and hot water and drinking water bottles. When I requested for a microwave oven they provided me with it.

A little dark in the hallway and in walking towards the street. But Tbilisi is a safe place in general.
