Great location walking distance to the main street,beautiful surrounding atmosphere, room was clean, stylish with unique design and attention to details,fully equipped and comfortable😍.Great staff ever Lili and her colleague(Gio, receptionist guy and driver who picked us from the airport were lovely, caring , friendly and great first impression of hotel.Especially Lili (she is amazing),she did everything to make our stay unforgettable( birthday surprise to my siz was best of best with gift. We stayed in Deluxe apartment with master bedroom (king size bed and en-suite bathroom), 2 single beds on the upper open floor and sofa in the living room (one more bathroom is in the living room). The whole flat is very modern and stylish. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, capsule coffee machine and microwave. Cleaning and bottle water supply is every day! Not usual for apartments at all. Great location - street is full of good restaurants so very comfortable to go out for dinner, and very close to the old city.

This is not really what we disliked but this is something to be aware of. The upper floor has a very low ceiling so is not comfortable for adults. Also the place is not suitable for little kids due to the staircase. We were 3 adults and a teenager, for him it was perfect to stay upstairs and 3d adult was sleeping on the sofa, which is also very comfortable. The apartments have very modern lightning and for the first night we could not figure out how to switch off the light in the bathrooms))) TV is not always connecting to wifi

Our stay at Paskunji Residence was truly remarkable. Here are the highlights: Contemporary Comforts: I was pleasantly surprised by the modern studio apartment, equipped with everything a family might need. The kitchen was well-appointed, and laundry facilities added to the convenience. The TV with Netflix was a nice touch for some leisure time. Unbeatable Location: I found Paskunji Residence ideally situated in the vibrant heart of Tbilisi. It's just a stone's throw away from Liberty Sq, key city attractions, shopping malls, and various cafes and restaurants. I loved that I didn't need a car and could explore the city on foot​. Enjoyed breakfast at Paul within 2 min walk...had nice drinks and food at rum roof kitchen bar!

I had an amazing experience at paskunji residence. The property was beautifully built complimenting the architectural theme of georgia. The rooms were really clean. The check in process was smooth. The hotel's central location was incredibly convenient, allowing me to explore the old town easily and access nearby attractions. All the staff were incredibly welcoming, kind and hospitable with a special thanks to property manager Lili who was our host for the stay. One incredible highlight of our stay was a small gathering/party that was arranged for all hotel people and guests, with good food, great music and incredible wine.

The hotel is great, extra clean and has all you need from a washing machine, detergent, large refrigerator, microwave, full kitchen facility. The room design is contemporary and beautiful. The terrace is very nice with seats and green plants everywhere. The sofa bed is great for a third person. The location is the best with a cafe and many restaurants downstairs. The staff is very helpful and will go the extra mile for you especially Lili the gorgeous lady manager. She helped us to arrange for great tour trips with no extra charges from her side. Love everything about the hotel and would highly recommend it.

Nothing not to like about this hotel. And don’t worry about the stairs as the staff will help you with the bags if needed.

- Location was perfect near freedom square - All facilities were available (iron, washing machine including the cloth soap, toaster, microwave, stove, kitchen equipment, and even little thing like a new cleaning cloth, oven gloves, and a little cute dish sponge. - bed was super comfortable! - Hands up to the Bidet water spray (shattaf) , especially for us Muslims it's really a big deal. - The staff were really helpful, thank you!

everything was really perfect only thing I would say was wall isolation we could hear our neighbor clearly. and be careful regarding the water bottles in the room they are not free! although they were nice enough not to charge us as we asked before we stay and the reception guy told us it was free, so they didn't charge us. one more thing was the entry to the hotel is a bit dark and the sign is not really clear. there is one small signage hardly to be noticed. and then an entry with steps (no elevator). that's it :). I only wrote these comments so they could enhance it, especially since the stair marbles were kinda broken, it needs changing and bigger signage would work too ! thank you again! if anyone is coming to Tbilisi I would definitely recommend it :D

Nice modern studio apartment. Well equipped kitchen with stove, toaster, kettle, microwave and fridge. Large bed on mezzanine was comfortable with bedside lights and sockets that accommodate different plug sizes. Washing machine/dryer plus iron and ironing board. Good lighting, lets you switch to mood lighting for evenings. TV with Netflix. Balcony with patio set. Location is very good for quick access to sights of old town.

Noise from outside and adjoining rooms, problem with older buildings. We used earplugs. Had to wait almost 2 hours to check in as room was not ready at 3pm.

I’m a regular traveler for the last 15 years, I noticed that the staff are actually better than any other staff I have ever seen in my life. Specially Lili. She is talking care of her customers as if they are part of her family. I felt as if I didn’t leave my home. Also the location and the room were amazing And it seems that the owner spend a lot of efforts to get the hotel done like this and also to have such an amazing staff.

They are using new technology for AC and lighting systems. Which is might be difficult to use for some customers. I recommend to have a printed guidelines for AC, Light system and oven usage.

Looks pretty much exactly like the photos, though we were under impression that the terrace would be accessible from the room and had to go through reception to get there. We quarantined in the hotel and it caused no issue, supermarkets to get essentials close by, and they arranged a PCR test for us. Results were in same day. Kitchen was good - sufficient appliances. Due to covid no stock aside from coffee etc.

Tv was a bit dysfunctional but we made it work. Communication with the property before arrival was over complicated slightly - every message sent/received was accompanied by a request to message on a separate platform.
