i like everything and everyone about the property! i felt like home, ladies who prepared omelette for me were super nice!! i felt like i visited my grandma😄 ladies at the reception were all exceptional. Miranda was the nicest one! very well behaved and nice girl. I booked a hotel for 2 nights just to see and i liked so i extended up to 6 nights. i have read some reviews and i was surprised why some people said about management, the guy was pretty good and informative. everyone speaks english or russian. overall i liked this hotel and i will book again for my next trips.

breakfasts were usually same, some tvorogs, sausage, and pretty basic stuff but i guess for the value, it is worth it. IF, if it can be possible, just to have little more variety. as it is located in the center of the city, it might feel little noisy (there are some bars nearby). even though windows are soundproof, they still let some sound to go in but for me it was manageable. i could sleep well. also, we should take into consideration of location. obviously there would be noise. they have small balcony upstairs, very small, for two people, but better than nothing.

The hotel is located in close proximity to the city center, within walking distance. If you are looking for a budget-friendly place in the city center, this would be an ideal option. Although the room was narrow, there were some basic amenities such as shampoo, shower gel, Tea making facility, and a safe box. The room and bathroom were both pristine. The towels were in good shape and were clean. The room was designed with a small balcony, but there was no fascinating view. Bottled water was offered daily, and room cleaning was available upon request.  A basic breakfast buffet is available, and egg options and other snacks are provided as per choice. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Good for paid money value.

The Breakfast could be improved with additional varieties. Also, the baggage service is to be offered as currently, guest manages their luggage to the rooms. back

Lovely and helpful staff, I loved the balcony :) the weather was so good so we set and had our coffee looking at the lovely view :) Great location, by walking only we reached several places at the center of Tbilisi and near the Liberty Square. The bathroom had a bidet, it was so clean as well as the room :) I would like to thank the humble owner for everything he did to make us happy :) Defiantly we will visit you again :)

Says you have balcony in booking but not have(deluxe room) get bad towels until you shout they replace it with better one less hard more hair...almost charged us 11$ for plastic card the room key nobody charge u for losing here i had to fight for then to aprove no pay so beware.// low pressure in shower

Breakfast was always good and paying per day made all the difference as often up early. Room was comfortable, bathroom good and room service perfect. Hotel reception staff were very polite, friendly, standard of English good and always happy to help.

I was in room overlooking the main street, there were a few clubs, bars and at times it was a bit noisy. However, I was not that bothered - it was just people enjoying life.

Very nice small hotel (reception 24H) with big rooms and comfortable bed and pillows. Ventilation in bathroom was excellent. Walking to main attractions in Tbilisi was about 0,9-1,2 km, but Bolt taxi is cheap too. Small shops are next to hotel. Staff was super helpful, always smiling. They organized for as in last minute driver to Airport in the night and later booked evening to nice Georgian restaurant Melnitsa (Tsiskvili) with national music and dances. Also their driver was very good guide for us in 3 day driving us out of Tbilisi (Kazbek-Stepansminda, wine tunnels in Kakheti-Sighnaghi etc), unfortunately You need to understand/ speak Russian as he do not speak English). Breakfast was every day same, but tasty and quite enough, tasty coffee.

On Saturday night there was noise from the street. They like more cash (no transaction fees to them) than card payment, but really we paid one room in cash and second with card and was not problem finally.

1. wifi was slow (6mb/sec) and unstable, not enough for work. tried to use beeline (bad - 6mb/sec too). tried to use silknet (nice - 60mb/sec) 2. windows are poorly soundproofed, there was traffic noise by at night 3. the air conditioning was only running on heating, nothing happens in other modes

Situated in an exceptional position a few minutes by walk off freedom square, hotel garnet offers very spacious and comfortable rooms for great prices. The room was spacious, the bed very comfortable, the temperature just perfect. In addition one big point to take in consideration is the kindness of its staff. I will definitely come back, recommended!

Great location and value. very nice staff from reception to kitchen/cleaning staff. I didnt have a problem with noise that other reviews had mentioned. new and very clean property with elevator (which a lot of nearby hotels lack). basic breakfast and facilities but great for the price

The hotel is quite new and located in a central location near Liberty square and surrounded by a lot of pubs and restaurants. The rooms are spacious and always clean. Breakfast was good enough.

Slightly far from the old city (15 min walk). Noisy in the morning but at night very quiet
