As soon as we arrive there, my baby get sick in a way we should transfer him to hospital and let him stay there for a couple of nights, the way Hotel staff especially the reception ladies Tsatsa and Elsa supported us, escorted us to hospital, did the translation and also fully supported me and my daughter back in the hotel, managing laundries, etc. is stunning and beyond excellency. Again, thank you guys, thanks for whatever you did that you might not have to do.

Highly recommend everyone. My family and I enjoyed so much of our stay. Everything was OK and well organized. Amazing location at the very heart of the city, comfortable and clean room, delicious breakfast. Very thank to reception, when we arrived hotel (at 10:30 am) it was too early to our check-in (14:00 pm), so they allowed me enter the room earlier and have a rest as my children were tired after flight.

Everything was wonderfull. Staff was friendly and supportive. Exceptional nice service. We have received free upgrade and good discount as Genius customer. Room was very clean. Room service worked very good. Vending machine with snacks and drinks available at the reception area. Location of the hotel is wonder.

A little bit hard to find parking, as it is located in busy center area.

The property is in the best location which is worth for it's price. It is in Freedom Square, near to Galleria Mall, Metro Station, Bus stops, Spar Market. The hotel is the Kote Afkhazi Street where you can find most of the restaurants and it is walkable distance. Our room has the big balcony facing the city view side and it's a great place to sit at night and it doesnt bother us with the noise at night. Breakfast was tasty! We didnt expect that there is rice for breakfast! (We are Filipino so we loved rice!!😀) Staffs our very kind and accomodating specially to Ms. Elza which made our stay very comforting.

Just the bidet which we thought that there is in our washroom but we managed it anyway. All in all we loved our stay in Hotel Marlyn!

We were on top floor with great view from the comfortable balcony with table and two chairs. Location is absolutely perfect, you can select many ways - to old Tbilisi, bridge, and park with cable сar to fortress, and balloon. Another direction is to Shota Rustaveli avenue, and turning another way to old district Sololaki. Area is surrounded by restaurants, wine bars, and boutiques, and a couple of steps to the Gallery Tbilisi Mall, and metro station. Breakfast is excellent. Staff is very friendly and helpful, they helped us to turn heating for air conditioner at the night we arrived, showed us the room.

Great location. Really helpful and friendly staff (e.g., arranged my transportation to the airport early in the morning). Clean and modern bathrooms. Nice, up-to-date décor.

Great location to explore the city, and many attractions are a walking distance away. Not a lot of variety in the breakfast but serves the purpose perfectly as freshly prepared and the team too accommodating and friendly. Not to expect any facilities here, just a great place for backpackers exploring the city. Shout-out to Tsatsa at the reception.

The mattresses were not that comfortable, can be improved.

Outstanding location, very clean hotel. Room was spacious. Breakfast good, a good Georgian buffet, just remember you are not in Europe! Staff very helpful. Lift a bonus when transporting luggage. We use taxis to and from Freedom Square, only 1 minute walk away. Plenty of shops/restaurants within 5 mins walk. Not too noisy either, just close the window/patio doors, good soundproofing.

Breakfast starts at 8:30, I prefer earlier but 08:30 is early for breakfast in Georgia.

Prime location, Perfect to reach all the hotspots in Tbilisi. Very professional staff, available 24h.They speak English, very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a lot of varieties, it was delicious. Our Rooms were always cleaned on time. I also suggest you ask them for Tours...
