Perfect place to stay i like everything stuff are very kind and professional they clean room every day

The main reason we chose this hotel is because of the bidet :) We searched a lot of hotels around the area and this is one of the few ones that has bidet. The location is very convenient for food, bars, wines, and almost everything. The staff were very friendly and very willing to help us. And, Cleanliness, is not even an issue in this hotel. There was a construction going on, on the next building but we did not even hear it from our room. sound proofing really worked!

Well, whenever we need to use the bathroom in the morning, the water was kind of cold. but we did not ask the staff for hot water so it was our bad.

Everything was just super new, stylish, and perfect. The hotel staff is amazing, and the location is very very cozy and convenient (although a bit hectic to reach by taxis because of pedestrian zones and constructions around). As for the breakfast - OH MY GOD :) the amount of food they serve for one person is enough to feed an army for a couple of days! I am not joking, each morning I managed to eat maybe 1/10 of it, and still I was so full that didn't need any food until the late evening! I never experienced anything like that before. I will definitely choose this property when returning to Tbilisi.

Just one little thing: when you take the shower, the water leaks thru the doors and the floor collects too much water. But this didn't spoil my impression.

The room was spectacular with unique design. Location is great everything is steps away for example 4 min walk and you will be in liberty square. The staff are very friendly and always checking if you need anything and i had to check out late and they were totally understanding. Definitely whenever I come to Tbilisi Platforma Design Hotel would be my first choice.

Nice cosy hotel in perfect location in freedom Square near Old Town & the rooms facing backyard are quiet with very comfy double bed. The lady manager was very good & professional 👏

The restaurant below must have standard time for music & must stop all parties after closing time immediately even staff all must leave place as they carry on partying after closing shouting talking which disturbed the guest in rooms because the noise travel up to the rooms but after complaining they stopped & all was good 👍

Nice style, perfect location, great bathroom and good mattress.

The staff was not unfriendly but also not very welcoming, with exception of the nice guy who checked me out (don't remember the name unfortunately). If you have any restrictions, don't book breakfast! I'm vegan and even though I let them know in advance, all they could give me was a tomato and cucumber salad. Ended up to be a pretty expensive salad...

The location of the hotel was perfect. Every touristic spot is nearby. The cafe in the hotel is also great. Every meal that we ordered was delicious. The only thing is that if you’re staying longer than a week, breakfast will become boring. The rooms were very sunny, the size was okay. The bad was great. And another good point is that they give two set of pillows with different stiffness, so you can choose the one you like more.

On our last two days we asked them to move us to a bigger room that was in our range, but it was on the upper floor and it became a problem once they started doing some type of renovation on the roof. It was really noisy. We informed the reception, but unfortunately they couldn’t move us to another room, even though they proposed it. As a sorry they gave us a complimentary gift, which was really nice.

Very central and convenient location, at walking distance to major attractions

Some kind of renovation/upgrade was going on, so the aisle at our floor was fully covered with plastic foil. Although it did not bother us, it would have been nice being informed. Breakfast is very generous in size but choice of food is not up to the customer, so consider that if you have special needs.

Air conditioner in the room didn’t work. Spoke to staff member who said that it was set to winter by default. Had to sleep with balcony door open which meant it was a bit too noisy
