Very friendly staff and helpful.

Only bad WiFi connection

The hotel is located in the city downtown near Freedom Square. On Daniel Chonquadze Street you can find hiking routs to Turtle Lake (15-20 min far from the hotel on foot). Other top attractions are also not so far from here (National Botanical Garden, Shota Rustaveli Avenue, The Bridge of Peace, European Square, Mtatsminda Park - with the Funicular). The neighborhood is quiet. Room was clear! Breakfasts were delicious and not small! Staff were very friendly and helpful!

I would like to see here more flexible breakfasts schedule - now you can choose only from 9 to 11AM.

Room was big, it was also very clean. Staff was polite and helpful. The location is good, about 10-15 minutes walk from Freedom Square. About 20 minutes walk from the Bridge of Peace and other major sites within the Old City. The breakfast is ok (not buffet) but filling.

There was no elevator. The shower curtain. No creamer for the coffee.

It's just a great hotel in general. The location was really good and the room was clean. Staff was helpful and friendly, too.

The only thing I really didn't like was that you couldn't buy or ask for water in the hotel after a certain hour. Last night of our stay, there was no water in the entire old Tbilisi, and we couldn't get bottled water because it was already late.

Nice and peaceful location as well as the room. The building looks old but has been adequately maintained. Room was super warm and comfortable. The breakfast was included in the booking as well and the lady prepares fresh breakfast for every person which was super tasty.

No electric kettle in the room and also there is no lift in the building so you have to carry your luggage by stairs to your room.

Enjoyable stay with friendly staff. They did their best to answer the several questions we had for our first stay in Georgia. Location is great, not far from the center, close to some supermarket (Spar) and bakeries. City center is easily reachable, but you surely won't be annoyed by the noise from it.

Nothing to mention here! We didn't try the breakfast so we can't say anything about it. But from our experience in Georgia, chances are: you cannot be disappointed.

This hotel is very close to the sightseeing places and many other places such as markets and restaurants. At hotel, cleaning is perfect. If you like, you can have your breakfast at the hotel in turn of a very reasonable prices in the mornings. And most importantly, personels are very very very helpful, kind and interested. I have arrived at Tbilisi at 06.00 in the morning and went the hotel directly, there were still 6 hours for check in. I just said that is there any cafe nearby to wait but the receptionist said 'No, I will give your room right away, you cannot go anywhere now, it is so cold outside.' And she gave me a free early check in. Thank you so much for two ladies at the reception.

A little bit noisy, because it was a restored building.You can hear through walls. Nothing else.

I like the room it was very clean and big. I stayed on the top floor and I have a nice view of the pine trees outside my window, feels so winter. There’s a kitchen where I can spend my tea at night or do my work. The receptionist are so kind and accommodating to my needs. The have regular housekeeping, within a week I stayed. The location is perfect for stroll as it is just a few meter away from freedom park and rustaveli avenue. Also near to cafes and grocery store, and money exchange.

Very small but the room was clean and with complete facilities. The bed was comfy. Near to freedom square, 8 mins walk to the center.

No elevator and our room was in 4th floor. No breakfast also as mentioned on the site, you need to pay additional if you want to avail the breakfast.

Nice and very clean hotel in a perfect location. Lots of things to see around, plenty of cafes and restaurants. 24/7 SPAR is round the corner. Amiable staff ready to help. One of the rented rooms was really small, and another was pretty big with two balconies.

Mattrases were the problem :( The breakfasts were ok if you like boiled potatos ) But you can negotiate it wih the staff
