The hotel is a beautifully renovated old house in the middle of the old town. Style and everything is perfect, although some rooms have better space and balconies, others - like mine - are small and not much daylight in it. Room is accessible by an outside steep staircase, with luggage it's complicated. As 3 rooms open from a small corridor, it can become quite noisy and other guests are not respecting the calm of others. Otherwise the place is charming, the owner goes way out to meet all your needs, the breakfast is really nice and good portion. The room is very cosy and well equipped, not lacking anything inside. Bathroom is very functional and also a very nice style. Everything in old town is comfortable walking distance, 5 minutes walk from Liberty square. Can't imagine a better placement.

Because of the people chatting late in the internal courtyard and clapping doors in and out their rooms, if you want to sleep relatively early, it is rather difficult. The street is very quiet, the other guests are not. A sign warning them to be respectful after 10 pm may be a good idea.

The staff at the hotel were quite friendly and accommodating. They were always ready to assist with any questions or requests, which made my stay more pleasant. The room I was assigned to was clean and spacious enough for my needs. It's always a relief to walk into a hotel room and find it spotless and tidy. The space was comfortable, and I had no complaints about the cleanliness. One of the major advantages of this hotel could be its location. It was in a superb spot, with easy access to everything you might need during your stay and such convenience is always a significant plus.

Breakfast, breakfast, breakfast. All I can say about the breakfast offered is that it was sufficient, and that’s it. It had the basics (delicious enough though), but I wouldn't say it was anything to write home about. One aspect that caught my attention as slightly inconvenient was the lack of a mini bar in the room. Mini bars are not only practical during those long nights but have also become an industry norm in many accommodations. As a suggestion for improvement, I would recommend that the hotel consider providing guests with two half liter bottles of water per day during their stay. It's a simple touch that could enhance the overall guest experience.

The hotel location is very good for exploring the city & close to the restaurants, shops & night life. I adored the nearby streets with restaurant in which live music was playing every night! It is so great & not far from the hotel! The surrounding buildings beside the hotel are old & pretty shabby, a bit bohemian area. But, I could see Mother Georgia monument from my window & some other historic monuments from my big terrace! The decorations at the hotel are very specific, attractive& different. The breakfast was good. The staff was polite, the internet worked ok most of the time, with short breaks in connection on my last day. The aircon worked very well! It is good place & great value for money. Would recommend it for short stays!

The location of the hotel is in the heart of the old town, if you are looking for something historical it is a good place to start. What's better than the location is the staff and they are the best, the only thing between them and 5 star hotel is the uniform, they are very helpful always smiling, able to speak in English and other languages.

The rooms should be cleaned better and not only cleaning the trash, I noticed the floors never been cleaned on my stay, also the katel is dirty and never been cleaned so I didn't use it at all. Sometimes there might be noise but mostly because of drunk guests.

The staff members here are all incredibly friendly, kind, and professional. They make this place. We were here for the New Year's, and they had wine and snacks out for guests in the days surrounding the beginning of the year. The rooms were comfortable and well furnished with vintage design choices. And the location is terrific. We would certainly stay again.

As a property, there are a few places the hotel could work a bit on ventilation or using fans. The bathroom had a tendency to get a mildew smell quickly after showers, even with the use of the ceiling fan. And the areas near the breakfast room smelled like fried eggs for quite awhile each day. Overall though, this was really a minimal effect. We enjoyed this hotel.

Location was excellent! Staff was very nice, trying to accommodate our request of not having to move rooms, since we had 2 separate reservations for 2 nights. Also, the request for almond milk for breakfast was accommodated - only at this property for our entire trip in Georgia.

There could have been some fruits for breakfast and better coffee. Also, it was quite loud outside due to the location, but that is not something that the hotel is responsible for.

The receptionist was incredibly helpful. He was very smiling and friendly. The location of the facility is very good, everywhere was within walking distance. The rooms were clean, and the daily cleaning routine was also followed. Staff impressed me. A business that reflects the atmosphere of the city in an authentic style. I am also grateful to the receptionist. I forgot my charger at home, he was kind enough to lend me his charger. Thanks.

It can be a bit noisy at night due to being in the neighborhood.

Viktor at the reception was so friendly and helpful. Room very clean, bed comfortable, there was enough hot water in the shower. Location was convenient and close to freedom square with alot of shops and restaurants around the area.

Viktor was kind enough and helped us carry the luggage up the stairs to the room. It would have been more convenient to either have a lift or a ramp to take luggage up the rooms. Official Breakfast starts later than our expectations.

First of all, location is great! It is very safe and everything is foot walk distance. I have traveled to many countries, but level of hospitality in this hotel was on top. Room was clean and they also provide nice coffee and tea there. Breakfast was very good and I think everyone would like it. Special thanks to George!!

I really tried to remember, but failed. Country and hotel both made me very happy for this trip.

The room was very good, smaller size,but better enough for family for staying, very safe accommodation. Breakfast very delicious. The location is perfect to reach all tourist spot, restaurants, markets etc.. The staff was very cooperative and giving you all necessary informations. Bathroom was clean and all accessories available. The room temperature is well maintained heating system, you still need to use AC to get cooler, even though outside temp is 0 deg
