The hotel is near to the center of tbilisi, the room is huge and can accomodate 4 person. Also value for money. Everything is walking distance and it has restaurant and wineshops nearby. Also the owners are very hospitable and will assist you whenever you need something. The breakfast was superb! We will come back again next time.

Since its nearby the center its common to have some small noise at night due to some restaurant and wine shop nearby. But its understandable and manageable.

I had a lovely room with a small balcony facing the street. The room and bathroom were spacious and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast is also nice. The best part about the hotel is that it’s located on one of the nicest streets in Tbilisi. There’s a piano player below and the street is generally full of music, nice bars and restaurants. It’s also very close to most of the sightseeing spots. I would rate it 10/10 for location. I would definitely stay here again!

There’s sadly no coffee/water in the room and since the hotel is located on a car-free street, it’s quite tough for cabs to find and locate. So I would get dropped off at all random places and have to find it on my own.

clean and spacious room, close to everywhere and central location, quiet street, understanding staff, etc. everything else was fine. It is easy to get in and out. It is easy to go to any address from the hotel. If I come to Tbilisi next time, I can stay here again.

there were few cleaning products in the bathroom, only body gel and shampoo, which should be increased. There was no kettle, we asked, they gave it to us. water was not even put on, it is usually put on in hotels. I am sure that they would be helped. but it would be better if it was set beforehand. there were no other major problems.

I love that this place is in the heart of old Tbilisi. If you are searching for a hotel near everything, this is your place... the staff is amiable and the manager is super helpful

When we arrived, the room was good, but there was something missing like the tv remote. The minibar wasn't working, we reported, and the next day, the remote was there, minibar still without working. They offered us free drinks for the inconvenience, and that fixed the problem for us. 😆

It was quite clean, the owner was helpful and kind, there was a leak in the bath tap and he fixed it immediately and he also helped us with the luggage and so on.. The location was perfect so we easily had trips around the city by walking. The room was a bit cold but the AC was working so we didn’t feel bad about it. It was exactly like in the pics.

The bed was creaking so It wasn’t very comfortable but it was enough. Breakfast wasn’t satisfactory but still it was okay (I will be attached a few pics of the breakfast).

The hotel we stayed at in the old city center was fantastic. The location was perfect for exploring the historic sites. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to assist and offer great recommendations. His hospitality made our stay memorable.

it didn't have its own parking, so we had to find parking in the city, which was a minor inconvenience. Additionally, our room was in the basement with a small window near the ceiling, resulting in limited natural light.

Very good, central location in the heart of the old city. The host was very kind from the get go, helping us park our car in the complicated streets of the area. The room was small, but clean and cozy. Really good value for money. We stayed at a comparable hotel in Yerevan, Armenia and it was almost twice as expensive. I am staying in this property again, this time for 3 days, and the stay is consistently good. I really recommend this hotel.

The room was a bit small, but during my second stay we got a much better, bigger room. Not much else to say on negatives; everything was very good.

Basically everything, especially the balcony woah beyond our expectations. The staff were friendly, they made our check in very smooth in the middle of the night. I almost missed out this hotel because I originally set the hotel ratings to be above 9... For the room we got I would give 12 if I could, this lovely place deserve higher rating

If I have to be picky, the sheets were a bit pilling
