The staff was very welcoming, they were very professional and caring about the guests. I felt at home in this hotel because the amazing staff gives a feeling of home. The hotel itself is decorated in an ancient and beautiful way, I really liked the design inside and out. The hotel is very clean, the breakfast is excellent The owner is very nice The hotel is perfect, perfect and once again perfect!! If you are looking for a hotel with good food, in a great location and great staff, this is the place Worth every dollar.

I liked everything

The location is great, it's not right on one of the tourist roads, so it's quiet. It is close to the metro station, shops, lots of restaurants, and also Gallery Mall. It is in the middle of old Tbilisi, surrounded by old buildings. The hotel itself looks new and clean. Room had everything we needed, it has access to a very nice small patio, which is shared for several rooms, but each room has its own table and chairs. The staff was really friendly, they even gave us a gift one day, of wine and fruit plate.

Wi-Fi was a little spotty. The breakfast was always the same thing, could use a little variety. Also, we were given one omelette per 2 people for breakfast (not counting other things), but it was like the main course so we had to share it. Weird. Regarding facilities - strange problems with hot water. The first time I had to take a mostly cold shower, because after 5 minutes hot water decided to run out. Next times I conserved it so it was fine.

Excellent location, in a quiet alley near al the restaurants and winebars. Staff is very helpfull and rooms are spotless.

must mention the hotel staff. From the moment we arrived, they received us kindly and with a big smile and throughout the week helped, recommended and took care of everything we needed and made us feel comfortable .. The room was clean and fragrant. The room is spacious. Breakfast is good and satisfying. The location of the hotel is in the old town and really close to Liberty Square and most of the recommended sites in Tbilisi.

It’s a small cosy hotel in a historic building which is conveniently located in the city center. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and are always ready to help. Rooms are supplied with everything needed. One morning we missed breakfast included in the price because we had to leave for a day tour quite early and they prepared us sandwiches to take with us.

There was no building number in the address so it was difficult with specifying address for a taxi at the station. We specified a random number and had to walk. Twin rooms are a bit small for two people with luggage. And there is no elevator in the building but staff help to carry suitcases upstairs.

. A small and invested home hotel . location is excellent. To the right 250 meters from liberti Square and to left 700 meters from the bazaar (and the hammam) a well-known tourist center. a team of 3 women led by the lovely Nina who is always ready to help. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable and equipped with a coffee set, smart TV, Wi-Fi, etc. with a large balcony (important for smokers) and a total of 6 guest rooms on 2 floors (no elevator), the cleanliness is exemplary l!

.. keep in mind that breakfast is less than basic ... except that at their incredibly cheap price, even if you settle for a morning coffee at the hotel and go out to one of the nearby and incredibly cheap restaurants for breakfast - you will still make a very good dea

Excellent location in Old Tbilisi. -- Price (considering the location and the facilities provided). -- The attitude of the staff is amazing, they go out of their way in sorting out any issues one might have.

Coffee being chargeable separately, rather than being included in the breakfast. -- Very limited breakfast menu, can include a few more items (especially fruit juices).

The room was super tiny as it was a single room, but it's hard to get on the toilet or to move on rhe room. Otherwise I loved the place so much and I'd visit for next time but bigger room

The way to the hotel is a narrow road and lack of parking space. They had to call us to reverse the car to give way for other guest to exit the parking. Also, we had to cut our trip shorter and was hoping we could refund one night but we didn’t get it. Overall the experience is nice and would still book with them if I come back to Tbilisi. Would recommend it to friends as well. 😊

I am happy I have booked this hotel during my stay in Tbilisi. It has new and well renovated rooms as well as Georgian style balcony, were you can sit and enjoy the cozy Tbilisi old town scene. The staff and service is cozy and top quality. We needed some extra help with our stay and the hotel staff willingly helped and showed real care. Also hotel based in a great location, just few minutes from Liberty square just right at the heart of Tbilisi.
