Perfect location in the old city. Great for families offering bunk beds.

It didn’t have a lift which is tiring if you are one the top floor as no one helps with the luggage.

Great location, close to the metro station and the Freedom Square roundabout. Lots of restaurants and museums around. The staff was helpful. We didn't have the hair dryer in the room and asked the girl in reception about it, she brought us one the next day.

The loud music in the evenings, but it's expected in the old town. When you close the balcony door, it goes down significantly, so it wasn't that bad. AC on top of the bed - it was blowing right onto our faces during the night if we kept it on. We ended up switching it off when going to sleep. In reception they said we will have 10% discount in the terrace bar, but when we went there for some beers, the guy didn't give us any discount and charged 25% service fee on top. I tried to ask him about the discount but he didn't speak any English.

This was a very cute and nice place in the old city. Thanks to the staff and amazing women from the restaurant. You are very hospitable and deserve 10 points from 10. Thank you!

Smell in the bathroom. I think because of the old city and pipes are quite old and need to be cleaned.

We arrived late at night, very tired, and they waited for us and were very attentive to let us pay the next day(although their policy is to pay at the arrival). They helped us carry our suitcases to the room. The room was comfortable. We had everything we needed. The service was excellent, fast and everyone was very polite. They were super nice to let us do a late check out (8 pm!!), with no extra pay. Good price for the whole ecperience. We highly recommend!!

Cleaning the room only once in a two days Bad was a little small

The hotel did not have a private parking, but we were able to park the car not from from the building in the street.

This hotel might be a three star hotel, but the service they provide was much better than a five star hotels I stayed with. First time but not the last.

Nothing, all great. But adding a shattaf in the bathroom will be an advantage, however this is very normal and common thing not to have or find a shattaf in Georgia and Europe in general

This hotel couldn't have a better location. Right in the centre of the old town, across from the excellent 1984 Jazz club and many restaurants and wine bars. The hotel is modern and clean, beds very comfortable, and staff very helpful. Excellent value for money.

No negative aspects. Maybe be an issue for some that there's no elevator, but we were fine with that.

Very small thing - it would be nice to have a shelf to put your toiletries while you’re showering . Also, no elevator if you have heavy suitcases.
