Good central location; practically next to main railway station. Good breakfast. Nice(unusually shaped) swimming pool. Both sauna and steam room.

Very difficult to get a coffee with the otherwise excellent breakfast. Bathroom had a sliding glass door which could cover either the toilet or the shower cabinet. A bit odd. Would have preferred to be able to close a door for a bit of privacy when on the loo! In an otherwise very clean hotel, the coffee machine in the room (and the very few coffee pods available) were completely covered in dust. Decided not to use it...

The staff was really friendly and going out of their way to make our stay comfortable and to meet our expectations. The check in experience was wonderful, the staff at the reception desk, the concierge and delivering the room service were amazing. We stayed in the junior suite, and the room was really nice, spacious and clean. The housekeeping team was wonderful and went above and beyond. We had drinks outside on the second evening, which is for a sunny evening definitely a great way to start or end your evening. And last, but not least the breakfast is really recommendable - great variety, friendly staff.

Two minor points would be: - the temperature in the breakfast area (the lower area), it was very warm in the morning. A bit more air circulation would have been perfect; - the check out process was not the same excellent experience as the check in (we could not reach the reception desk to send someone to help us bring our stuff down, after several calls we carried everything downstairs and it took 15 minutes to get our cars back). Nothing dramatic, but would have made this an amazing experience from start till the very end.

4-min walk to main central station. Staff were very kind and attentive. Our bed very comfortable and clean, fresh sheets. The room very clean and well-stocked. I like tge variety and healthy choices in the breakfast buffet. I was pleasantly surprised that there was a Qiblat arrow in one of the drawers pointing to Mecca. Very nice touch!

The room had 2 oversized chairs that cramped the space. I think the interior designer should do a better job decorating the lobby area. Full of tall ugly vases. The lobby is dark and grim. It looks like a morgue. Even the black leather sofas look depressed. Nobody was sitting in the lobby area. Sofitel should make the elevator area lighter. It was also dark and hard to locate. The spa should be in the upper or lower floor. It is on the main floor and we saw a man in a bathrobe running from the spa to the elevator. We chose not to ride with him on the elevator!

- location is very good - staff are professional - valet service - beautiful design - nice city view - good tv - room service is very good

I booked the duplex junior suite and I noticed some things that could’ve been better 1.the ladder is insanely high and could’ve been made easier to use 2.having two air conditioners in the room made it very cold and hard to control the temperature 3.having one chair on a dining table doesn’t make sense 4.asked to get help with my luggage but they were late so I had to come down myself 5.the price is actually is very high for a junior suite in other hotels from the same category you can get a suit

I really liked the hotel in general. If only location was different it would be perfect.

- Location because some homeless people on street and crowded area due to train station. - bathroom door was slide (2 glass doors attached) which is nice if it’s a single person room but it’s noisy if you had someone asleep in the room and no privacy from the bathroom window’s curtain which doesn’t close completely.

Stunning hotel with, a perfect location and friendly staff. Our room was lovely, nice decor and a super comfortable bed. The facilities were amazing and the hotel decor was absolutely stunning, it definitely had the wow factor when we walked in. The room itself was spacious and fairly good value for money.

The glass panel bathroom, it was not ideal when sharing a room with someone when you can see silhouettes and hear EVERYTHING that was going on in the bathroom. If you turned light on in the room in the night it illuminated the whole room as the panels are only glass. Beds were not made very well, sheets not tucked in, 2 single duvets on the bed instead of a large one, Food and drinks VERY expensive, being used to London and Marbella prices I am familiar with this level of costs but 20 euros for a gin and tonic, with a 40ml measure was probably the most expensive drink I have ever had.

Excellent facilities, lovely pool, superb breakfast. Rooms were stylishly designed and bed was really comfortable with a range of pillows to choose from. Hotel is very conveniently located for the train station and Marienplatz is walkable, or a few minutes on the underground.

If I was to be really picky I would have liked to see more amenities in the room, for example with the tea / coffee making facilities there were only 3 teabags, all a different variety so 2 people couldn't have the same type of tea. Also, the checkout time is 12.00 but on our day of checkout the cleaners were banging on the door at 08.00 and woke us up. Even when they saw we were still in bed, they then phoned the room. Surely they could have waited or connected with mgmt to see if we were out / at breakfast. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

The manger Mr. Umit was very very helpful thanks to him and his great support. He did listen to our request and helped us with our next destination booking

The room very small and also it’s dark , the lighting not very comfortable, also the lobby very dark and depressing. Sorry but this is how I felt

the facilities and the rooms are exceptional, the staff is super friendly, and the hotel super clean

the price for breakfast (40€ per person) is overpriced, even though the breakfast buffet offers everything you can imagine, is fresh, and tastes amazing. Still, the price is too high! Also, the parking fee of 37€ a day is too high (even if compared to other city parking garages in the city center, which insane at maximum 30€).
