Bed was comfortable and we had absolutely no issues at all with the room. The room was spacious and the shower worked fine (body wash and shampoo were nice too) The location was fantastic with it being right next to the train station and only a fifteen minute walk to the main square. Our room was overlooking the main road but the soundproofing was good and we had no noise issues. Would stay here again.

Booked this hotel based on reviews about soundproofing, which was true. They charge an early check in fee of €20 but are happy to store your luggage securely. They also have umbrellas for guests to borrow daily. Bed was comfortable. Room cleaning is done every 2 days but can be daily if requested using a card. I also used the sauna which was lovely (check with reception if the sauna is switched off). A bottle of water provided daily. Air conditioning was working.

The glass shower doesn't come with a screen/switch so it is 100% see through. My partner and I found it amusing. However it wasn't constructed well because water kept seeping out under the glass door so there is always a wet floor towel (which is why we requested for daily cleaning so they can replace these). The glass shower/bathroom scene meant the toilet was uncomfortably small. Perhaps a regular bathroom would have been a better idea. They only replenish your tea bags with what they have, in our case green tea - we requested for black/regular tea bags but they didn't have any, which is odd for a 4 star (?) hotel with a breakfast lounge.

Room was perfect, we were on the fifth floor, no noise , room was very spacious, we did not mind the see through shower. location was perfect , 2 minutes from the main train station. check in was very easy , cleaning of room was done every two days , which was fine for us , they provide you with a bottle of water every two days. in reception there were fruits , gummy bears ,for grabs which was nice. we stayed there for 11 nights and in our last night we found two small bottles of wine as a gift waiting for us in our room.

Cleaning was not up to standard , when cleaning is done you will have to make sure they refilled your shower gel , they brought you enough towels ...etc , there is always something missing. they forgot to put water one day, we asked for two extra pillows as pillows were really not easy to sleep in , next day they were taken from the room for no reason and it was not a cleaning day. one day we came back to room and found that the bath robes were taken and we had to go to ask in the reception to bring us replacements, again it was not a cleaning day.

The room was located so close to the main central station and many public transport options and the rooms were surprisingly quiet. The buffet breakfast was good with the option of having freshly cooked eggs and bacon. We were celebrating our honeymoon and had a room upgrade as well as a bottle of wine which was such a lovely touch.

The shower/bathroom is all open, open glass and our bed was two single beds together with all separate linen. Our room wasn't serviced one day, as in towels not changed even though we filled out the card.

The staff was extraordinary - made me feel like i was the only guest and they tried to make it the best experience. I was definitely not the only guest so i am very impressed

The room was toward the street and it was rather loud - we woke up nefore the alarm every day despite being long sleepers. We didnt ask to change the room as we always thought about it too late in the night and decided to not bother anyone. There was also a darkening curtain missing, the room stayed very bright and that contributed to us waking up.

The hotel has a very good location which is very close to the main munich central station, just a few minutes walking distance from ir. There a lot of shops near to the hotel which is very convenient. The receptionist when we arrived was very kind and talked us about recommendations for Christmas markets he prefers within the area.

The bath gel was not refilled even though it was empty during the cleaning service and we only had one complimentary water for our entire stay. Our, room was very near to a street and there was a night that the cars were very loud and we can hear it loudly in our room - hence, cant sleep properly.

Very good location beside the main station and an easy walk into the historic centre of Munich. Light, well equipped and spacious room with a very comfortable bed. Room was quiet despite looking out over a busy road. Effective and quiet air conditioning. Tea/ coffee making facilities in the room were very welcome. Friendly staff, particularly in the restaurant. Excellent spread for breakfast and gluten-free options available.

Attention to detail in the bathroom area could have been better: Soap dispenser was empty and not refilled despite a request; hose to the shower head leaked badly; basin very slow to empty and had no plug; flickering light bulb over basin; magnifying mirror support broken so mirror could not be used. All small details individually, but led to an overall impression of lack of care.

The area around the station has a few "interesting" people around - so if you are a single female traveller, you might not like that The shower has a glass screen into the bedroom, so if you're sharing the room with someone, you'll be able to see them washing in the morning! (Not a huge problem, I'm just sayin'!)

I particularly liked the breakfast with a great variety of food, fresh fruit, fish, and local specialties. Parking/loading area is very convenient as well. The staff was helpful and nice. The room had a shower overlooking pretty much the entire space, but you should be prepared for it as it's clearly depicted in the photos. Railway station is right across the street as well as local shopping center, with walking distance to the historic downtown.

It would be nice to have direct access to the hotel from the parking lot. For some reason, the door is closed and you have to walk all way around the corner.

a bit anonymous e.g. self check in, area especially in the evenings is not the nicest (applicable for all of central station and also for more expensive hotels like Sofitel/opposite and Le Meridien), construction work in the backyard, but had to get up early anyhow
