Pandora Suites is a lovely hotel in a great location right off the Venetian Harbour in Chania. Its courtyard is a beautiful oasis of tranquility with tables and chairs nestled amongst the potted plants. The room was spacious and efficient with every comfort available. The high ceilings helped keep the cool air in and the windows and shutters were great for sleeping and keeping the heat out. The rooftop breakfast had a nice array of food with a very friendly and helpful attendant. The views overlooking the harbour and the sea beyond were perfect for waking up to.

Everything about the hotel was perfect. Out of their hands was the construction in the adjacent building that started early in the morning.

The location and views of the Old Port from our room and rooftop were amazing. So many shops and restaurants were nearby. The room was spacious, comfortable bed and clean with mini kitchen, table/chairs and couch provided. Only 10min walk to bus station to catch bus for some beautiful beaches about 15mins away (Golden Beach and Sunset Beach).

No TV in the room or property. Breakfast buffet was a bit limited especially if you arrived after opening time. Need to provide a commercial toaster as domestic toaster was not sufficient for the number of guests.

Absolutely superb views over the harbour. Spaciousess of room. Beautiful first impressions. Pretty courtyard and roof terrace where breakfast is served. Great location, right in the Old Town. George and ALL the other staff were so helpful and friendly.

Virtually nothing. Parking all over the town can be difficult but George on reception went out of his way to organise us a space right outside the hotel. We would have liked a little more hanging space, though if your stay is short ( a few days or one week) the single wardrobe would be ok. There is plenty of other storage though.

What a spectacular location! 50 metres from the harbour, and the roof terrace and some rooms have a view right over it. The interior decoration is done with great care. Reception and cleaners were around during the day and (I think) even into the evening. All staff were welcoming and helpful. Breakfast on the roof is a real treat, looking over that view. It feels like a boutique hotel. We were so happy to stay here. The garden suite has 2 separate rooms and a little kitchen area, plus an outdoor table in the courtyard, but it doesn't have a view.

Beats from nearby bars filtered in until midnight, but it's not that loud. The bathroom has everything you need, but its not as luxe as the rest of the hotel.

We booked last minute as our previous booking was canceled, and it turned out to be a hidden blessing. Suites Pandora offers a rustic and authentic experience with a beautiful view, a charming garden chill area, and breakfast on top of old town Chania. The hotel’s location is perfect, right in the heart of the old town, making it easy to explore the local attractions. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, adding to the overall positive experience. The unique ambiance and historical charm of the property made our stay unforgettable.

- Very clean. - Excellent location, in the old harbour. - The mattresses we super comfortable. - Really picturesque entrance. - Amazing view from the roof, while taking the breakfast. - The two separate bedrooms are convenient.

- The hall was a bit dark. Could have more lights to be brighter. - There was a club playing music until 04:00, and the bass could be subtly heard & made it difficult for me to rest until that time. The rest of the family did not have any problem, though, so perhaps it was only me on this. After the club closed, it was super quiet. - Breakfast can get definitely richer. - A bottle of water is a standard amenity in hotels, and here it was not the case. Not sure if tap water can be drank, though. If yes, it could be mentioned in the reception or with a note in the room.

EXCELLENT location!! A 5 minute walk to the heart of Crete filled with restaurants, shops and boat tours!! Room was very comfortable and spacious, beds were comfortable and clean, bathroom was l spacious and had a good AC system. Breakfast was lovely and was located on the rooftop with a gorgeous view each morning!! Staff were warm and welcoming and very accommodating, helping us organise a transfer to the airport. Room was clean and comfortable but overall an amazing stay

Friendliness of staff has to come top of my list. From the reception team, to breakfast lady and housekeeping, everyone was so welcoming and helpful. Second, location by the harbour is perfect - our room was a suite which had a large veranda - super for relaxing on in the evening watching the sun go down and the bustling harbour below. The room was well appointed and had an excellent air conditioner.

There is a short walk up a hill to the entrance to the suites, so anyone with mobility issues could be challenged. 40 odd steps up to breakfast is challenging - however the view from the roof top is worth the effort!

The location of the hotel and the view from our room were exceptionally beautiful. Our room was quite large and the aura we experienced while sitting on the balcony as if we were sitting in the old port and Chania was perfect. hotel staff were very helpful. We were very pleased. We will come back to Chania, which we found magnificent and fell in love with, and it is the only hotel we will stay in when we come.

Charming small hotel right in the Old Town, perfect location just 2 minutes to the harbour! Amazing rooftop patio where breakfast is served with a view! We had a room in the inner courtyard and it was quiet and had great A/C (it was 35° so a nice treat). Friendly helpful staff. A perfect choice for old town Chania!

More substantial window covering would be nice as the courtyard lights made the room light at night. But we still slept well as we walked all day and the bed was comfy!
