Typical big beach resort with all facilities, nice restaurants, nice beach, swimming pools, bars, gym. We booked a Laguna Gand deluxe suite, but they upgraded to a cliff Junior suite with private pool, we felt very lucky and agreed, the room was very spacious, full of luxury, huge bathroom, shower, terrace and private pool and a sunset view, but...

The room was at the backside, as decribed, with a view to the garden, but in fact ,the view wasn't so amazing. I was a view to backside vilas of the resort. But most annoying was the noise, 24hours a day. The rooms are close to the entrance of all delivery trucks and also a meeting point of personnel, so lots of noise, the whole day and night, even they empty the glass container at 4 am. Unfortunately the windows aren't so noise isolated, so it can disturb your night sleep. At the terrace and at the pool you don't have a relax - holiday feeling due to the noise. So, we recommed to avoid the odd room numbers at the 17th floor 1701-1703-...-1717. Always check for a room with ocean view, this is very relaxing and quiet.

Very nice hotel with beautiful views, Very big pool, kids enjoyed pool slides, Nice restaurant, customer services are very good,

The beach is horrible, rubish floating everywhere, we are beach lovers and this was most disappointing thing to see, we couldn’t even swim in the sea as so much Rubish floating we couldn’t believe it, also we seen two deadly snake’s swimming near the shore so be careful!!! No evening entertainment, We had room with pool, but water is too cold to swim in it as pool is not getting enough sun to warm it up so was not worth it as we did not used it at all.

Buffet breakfast was great, resort was new and vibrant! My daughter enjoyed playing at the beach and at the kidz club!

It’s quite dark, could be more brightly lit

Everything about this place was a highlight. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The architecture of this place is surreal, and it was very pleasant to look at during both morning and nighttime. The marble floor in the lobby is breathtakingly beautiful. Excellent restaurants all around, especially Izakaya by Ozu. The breakfast had the best selection and quality I have seen of all breakfasts. Rooms were very spacious, and the bathroom had the best of everything. The spa is worth a try. The hotel was so nice, I never felt I had to leave because we basically had everything we needed.

Although they offer rides, but it can take a while to go to/from the lobby. One of the elevators was out of service, and it sometimes took 15 minutes to go to the lobby. The worst thing about the rooms were how much the noise bleeds from the hallways. It felt as if my room door was open at all times. It was bothersome even when I was not sleeping.

Absolutely stunning resort. Everything is perfection from the moment you pull up to the lobby and is a seamless operation. Staff is highly efficient, friendly and efficient. They make you feel welcome and like you’re kind of a celebrity! Definitely will be coming back soon. If you’re looking for the crème de la crème of hospitality, this is basically it! This is my 5th resort in Bali and was the best one.

The only thing was that we were in a lagoon room and there was quite a large and noisy family next to us and their children would scream in the pool. Just to note that if you book the lagoon room, this could be an issue. For such a large resort, they should make a section adults only. It was hard to enjoy the main pool because of children. They already have a huge children’s pool, so small children who get quite rowdy should be encouraged to stay in the children’s pools.

We loved the room, facilities, friendly staff, and breakfast. The lobby and the spa are stunning! The room was spacious and clean but with a light presence of mildew in the shower. The main pool is beautiful and clean. Plenty of loungers around the pools with lots of shade if you need it.

What made our holiday good but not excellent was 1) the quality and selection of food at lunch and dinner. The Asian food lacked flavour and the Western food was average 2) loud music outside in the evenings until about 10 pm 3) the view from the main pool blocked by events and constant assembly and disassembly of events tables, tents etc. 4) the seawater in front of the hotel was filled with debris (plastic, rubbish etc.), so we spent most of our time in the pool.

The incredible attention to detail in decor. The swift service: you don’t get a chance to need or want for things in this hotel. It’s hard to write why we liked it in so few words. This hotel truly feels 5++++ stars and you will not struggle to relax and recharge in this environment.

We had a lagoon room which was stunning and a lovely addition, we did only get sun for part of the day so something to think about when choosing your room. The hotel pool and beach club facilities are luxe and a great place to relax and swim. Service overall was phenomenal and every staff member was exceptionally friendly. The only point to mention was service at the beach club could be a slow for small items such a salt shaker or a bottle of water.

I have traveled around the world. This resort is one the best I have ever visited, It is unbelievable. Check-in process was very quick and smooth. Resort interior design is fancy. It’s designed in a way where you can feel the ocean breeze all over the resort coming through the open areas E.g lobby, room corridors, etc. Resort is located on a cliff which gives more beautiful views of the multiple hotel pools and sea view. The hotel has multiple huge pools and private beach area. Resort has very big team who are always welcoming and offering help with a smile on the face , everyone literally will do his/her best to help you. In overall, our stay was exceptional, I would recommend everyone to come and enjoy this awesome resort.

Just to inform people who will stay @ this resort, I got a monkey into my room coming through the balcony in early morning time. However, this is part of the nature and hotel is not responsible for it. Breakfast options can be maximized.

The Apurva is a 5 star hotel in every sense of the category- its rooms are huge and spacious, with amazing shower amenities. The rest of the hotel was breathtakingly beautiful. The spa was incredible and restaurants were awesome. Great breakfast buffet. Service was warm and impeccable. Special mention to the service at the beach cabanas- quick and efficient and always with a smile. The kids club was amazing, with daily fun activities for the children like face painting, wet water activities and cupcake decorating. Housekeeping was great too, with a special laundry service by weight so you don’t have to worry about dirty clothes piling up. Thank you for the 4 days of peace and relaxation, Apurva! You have been a dream.

Love the overall atmosphere, beautifully grand architecture and interiors, lush green outdoors. Well maintained public areas. Clean, comfortable room and helpful staff. Private and clean Nusa Dua Beach, perfect for little kids. In-room dining by Pala was wonderful, everything was delicious and they put attention to details. Koral Resto was such a nice experience as well. Thank you to all the staff from the lobby-reception-room services to pool areas.

Elevators had no aircons. Water maintanance at noon from 12 to 5 PM was very incovenient, the water was turned off the whole 5 hours, should have been done at night when guests are resting. Breakfast staff were very helpful, but a bit chaos situation since everything must be served by staff. Pool towels aren’t available anymore around the pool since 6PM.
