I had an issue with my phone; the receptionist was extremely kind and helpful. The room was very clean and although tiny had every facility, iron, hairdryer, tea, coffee. Shower was also very clean and spacious. Being at the back of the premises I did not hear any noise from the street or the bar. The location is brilliant. Excellent for a dolo traveller, restaurants nearby, travel connections on doorstep.

My room was smaller than I would have liked simply because I wanted to do some work. There wasn't a chair, just a stool which was a bit uncomfortable. Breakfast was OK

The staff were amazingly helpful and accomadated my young daughter and myself to the best standard, they sought information on transport to the Children's hospital for me, held my luggage while I was at the hospital all day and nothing was a problem for them. Wonderful girl working there called Gizelle made sure we had a room that wasn't too noisy as this hotel is bang smack in the middle of Temple Bar area and my daughter said she felt like a Disney princess as she gave us a room with a balcony Xxxx they were great 🤗

It is noisy on the street below but that didnt bother us as we knew when we booked we were going to be in the heart of Dublin City centre. They kindly provided ear plugs, which we didn't need or use.

After traveling in Europe for 20 years I found the staff was great, made me feel straight at home. Very, friendly, knowledgable and helpful. As someone with a sensitive skin, I can tell the room was very clean. You're right in the centre of the city, close to most museums and attractions.

If I'd have to say something, it would be about the noise, there is a pub downstairs and you are in the tourist quarter but they provide earplugs and I never had trouble sleeping.

Friends who live in Ireland were horrified that we were planning to stay here, as it’s a centre of Dublin night-life – and we are very much “older citizens”. However, we enjoyed being in the thick of things, within walking distance of Trinity College and many other attractions. The noise from downstairs didn’t bother us at night, but we liked the windows opened, and there was plenty of street noise – especially early morning. Ate well downstairs.

The room was small, and we had to remember that we were in a pub - not a hotel.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our visit to Dublin - it was central to the sites we wanted to visit. Food in the restaurant was a little pricey for what you got. The room was well appointed but was a little crowded with two twin beds, desk and 2 bedside tables and our luggage. A desk fan was in the room and we needed it as the room was very warm. Tub/shower unit was very narrow with a curved tub floor - not great for those of us with unsteady legs!

No screens on the windows

The location couldn't be more central in Dublin. It is excellent. I stayed over the weekend as I was meeting friends for fun. And I stayed on Sunday night so I could work in the office on Monday morning. So I even got to have a lie on as it was a simple walk to work that morning :)

I thought I paid the full price when I booked the hotel as I bought a voucher on PigsBack. I felt I paid the whole price as it was an offer on PigsBack. It was about €140. A good price. Then during check in. I had to pay €100 more as I was staying on a Saturday night but if your PigsBack voucher is booked for there on a Saturday, you need to pay €100 extra. So my advice is to book directly with the hotel

I love the staff . The guy at the reception was superb nice 😊 outgoing . Amazing customer service 10/10 just love the energy such a friendly environment.

I booked two adults and 1 child . We were expecting a double bed and single one for our daughter but we only got a double and was kinda unexpected when we got in and we had no water to drink in the room . But to be honest we were happy with our room .

The location was great! Right near everything we wanted to see and do! The staff was friendly and we got a great corner room with 3 windows

It’s very noisy at night when trying to sleep. The street noise is so loud even with the windows open. They did give us ear plugs but we’d rather not wear those. Just be prepared for the street cleaners at 3am and the birds up all night chirping and the drunk people yelling lol

Very clean hotel, and lovely comfortable room with a bath, window with city view. Very good location. Tasty breakfast option, and staff were very friendly & helpful Room prices are good value, it is city centre after all

* Television only had a few channels. * little noisy from outside passers-by late night , that might be a problem if you were a light sleeper, however ear plugs supplied.
