Cleanliness, location, fresh fruit and.vegetable juice/smoothies, made to order porridge, oats, pancakes, lot of choices in their breakfast buffet, freshly cooked and refilled immediately, breakfast staffs are very attentive to their costumers needs, infused water with fresh fruits available in the reception, quick check in at the desk. Ice maker machine is available in the guests rooms corridor ,bath rubs and slippers provided ,magnifying mirror for make up application,etc.🥰...overall experience is excellent. Highly recommended.

No iron/ironing board, water pressure is low in flushing the toilet bowl, you can get wet with water splashing when opening the tap, we were not told that if we want hot food like porridge, pancakes, you need to tell the staff in the hot food section.

First of all my favourite thing was the shampoo , conditioner and yeh body shower … If richness have a smell probably would be that! Bingo! Being honest… One of the the best hotels I’ve been. Starting from the front house, the checkin and checkout was smooth…. a lovely young woman (forgot your name) and a young man very nice and friendly, they hotel clearly choose the right ones. the rooms … OMG - Beautiful, comfortable! and the bed the most comfortable bed! another woman who made May Day was a lady housekeeping taht was working is that afternoon, I hate don’t remember the name, she was so happy that we get on well and I asked for a hot chocolate while she put back a kettle who was missing there m, the service was fast and everything perfect! Thank you so much guys!

Hotel was very centrally located and easy walking distance to everywhere. It was also nice to have the bar and restaurant at the hotel. The beds were comfortable if you like a firmer mattress and fluffy pillows. Having 2 bathrooms was also a major plus! Otherwise really comfortable stay and would come again! Staff was also very friendly too!

The couch in the living room was old and not very comfortable. The A/C didn't work in the living room either. The A/C worked really well in the bedroom, but the living area was just a bit too hot, never cooled down.

We had a fantastic two nights at Raddison Blu. The hotel is well situated and we took the Dublin Express from the airport to Usher's Quay and then walked up to the hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and gave us access to our rooms before check in time as they were ready. The receptionists were incredibly helpful. The rooms were reasonably sized, clean and we could hardly hear any noise from the corridor or the other rooms. Although we had to check out at 12 noon, we were able to leave our bags at reception and collect them in the evening on the way to the airport.

There was absolutely nothing bad about the hotel.

Great , helpful and friendly front desk staff and all over ,including the cleaning crew . All were nice Great and central location Large and comfortable rooms Enjoyed the stay

Too dark hallways ,,would be more welcoming and pleasant to have brighter hallways Also, generally atleast a small window to open for fresh air is preferable ( our room had no window to open ) Maybe not all rooms are similar? But I understand this is a structural and architectural issue . We had a nice and pleasant stay

I was staying at the hotel for the salon owners conference, when I arrived I realised that I didn’t bring my tooth brush and deodorant which I know is my own fault but I rang reception to ask if they had any tooth brushes and deodorant which they did have tooth brushes and told me to come down and get it myself! I don’t usually complain but it would of made a massive difference to my day as I was running late if someone brought it to me. I also didn’t have a chance to run out to the shops to buy deodorant, I did ask at the reception and they showed no concern just disgust I felt.

Very nice. decent gym and facilities. The rooms were amazing

When you walk out of the building onto the street, there is a massive contrast against the buildings opposite, which look a bit like a run down council estate. Not a big deal though. Just being a picky snob, as there isn’t much bad I can say about the hotel or Dublin. Actually, the worst thing is the price of food and drink in the hotel. you can go outside a few minutes walk and find better food and drink for cheaper

we had a small slip on arrival, our junior suite had been double booked that day so for our first night we were given a premier room, so a downgrade in essence. nonetheless the manager explained the reason and given the inconvenience included breakfast for our 3 day stay. we also had a drink on the house in the bar. The premier room was more than adequate and our belongings moved seamlessly the next day when we were out sightseeing in Dublin. the junior suite was roomy and very comfortable. Hotel facilities were great and the staff were without exception polite, professional and friendly. it was a very busy weekend with the Dublin marathon taking place so the hotel was at full occupancy but that did in no way impact on the enjoyment of our stay. I’ve stayed in a few Raddison’s over the years and the Dublin Raddison was as good as any I’ve stayed in. Top Marks to all involved .

nothing it was all very good

This is an excellent hotel which has an extremely high standard of cleaniness. The hotel is very nice staff are very pleasant and the room are extremely high standard. I would highly recommend this hotel for staying in Dublin city center. Very close to temple bar, Grafton street and all restaurants. It is to be fair a hidden gem in the city. This hotel will not disappoint you I would highly recommend booking in here for any kind of stay be it business, family, or personal.

I can not say anything bad about this hotel. I only have positive comments to make.

The room was nice and the location excellent. I arrived well before my check in time but I was offered a room directly which was really valuable to me. The breakfast was very good and the attending staff was professional.

I had made a reservation for a taxi to take me to the airport the day before I was leaving. Since I knew Dublin marathon was starting about the same time as taxi should take me to the airport I particularly asked if this would be a problem. The person at the reception informed me that she did not think that would be a problem. Then when I was waiting for my taxi they informed me that the taxi company had cancelled my reservation due to the marathon, which meant that I had to go a zone where taxis were allowed, which was a bit stressful since I had to flight to catch....
