It would be good if breakfasts began to be served from 6:30 am because the tours outside the city start from 7:30 am and the cafes near the area also open from 7:30 am

The breakfast included was the best we had in all our travels! Staff was so lovely!

I would have given a 10 score if it weren't for the open bathroom concept in our rooms. I am not a fan and wish hotels would announce this on their room descriptions.

Went for St Patrick's day, unbeatable location, within walking distance to all of the main attractions and no noise at night. There was a celebration at the hotel bar so you could enjoy the festivities without even leaving the hotel. The staff was very nice and helpful, the room was great and the bed really comfortable.

If I had to say something I'd say that the room didn't have much of a view and even though you see a few of the usual Hard Rock paraphernalia all over it, it's not extremely themed. Also it's not cheap, but I'd say around the same price as all of the other hotels in the area, so still good value.

The hotel is centrally located. Can't be more central that this! It's exceptionally clean. It is themed according to what you'd expect from a Hard Rock facility. They also have playlists of tracks for you to enjoy at every time of the day, including the shower! Just scan a QR code on your phone and enjoy. The breakfast is amazing! Don't skip it!!!

The room we had was the regular King size bed room. The bed is excellent and the bathroom is also big. But the rest of the room is very crowded. If you lay out the suitcases, you have no room left to walk around and have to jump over them to move around. This did not hurt our overall experience. I'd still recommend this hotel wholeheartedly.

If you wish to be close to Temple Bar this place is perfect and the street it is located at is relatively quiet during the night. We arrived 3 hours early but we were immediately checked into our room. The staff were very nice. The Zampas restaurant downstairs also serves breakfast and it offers more than the typical buffet like avo and eggs, french toast etc. All the city tourist spots are walkable from here.

It is a bit pricy for what it offers. The room feels crammed up with an exposed wash basin and a separate toilet and shower. I wouldn't share this room with a friend. I stayed for 2 nights. On my first day, breakfast had a buffet and a separate menu but on the second day, no menu was offered. I asked but they just kept repeating it's not available for hotel guests today. The buffet itself was standard. Its adequate but nothing felt extra compared to other hotels I stayed in Dublin. Just wished the menu was offered every morning.

Stressful experience on arrival due to being allocated and directed to a really basic room, even though I had booked a luxury king room and then paid extra for an 'upgrade' as I was advised (when I phoned to double-check about the location of the room concerned) that this was the only way to ensure it would be in a good location. The situation was subsequently resolved by the staff on reception, but it was an upsetting scenario to have to deal with, especially as it was my partner's birthday. Small reception area and no lounge.

Staff were so friendly, location was brilliant, breakfast was one of the best I have had while staying in Dublin. Drinks in the bar and the bar itself was lovely. The room was spotless and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I usually find it difficult to sleep in hotel beds but slept soundly all night , despite being on a busy road and being to the front of the hotel we didnt hear any disturbances! Would 100% recommend this hotel. Have stayed in many others in Dublin City but this will be the one we rebook time and time again!

Everything was so clean and tidy, the theming is fantastic, the staff is so so helpful and everything is really secure and high tech. Love the fact that you can get a guitar sent to your room to learn how to play, or a record player to listen to vinyls. Shower had great pressure. Bed was comfy!

Only thing I could say I didn't like was that the duvet was not big enough for the bed. I know I probably could have asked for another but it didn't really bother me all too much as the room was nice and warm.
