The manager and staff members went above and beyond when needed, not only were they friendly but they made sure to provide amazing service as well. Shawn, the manager, really made us feel at home and I could not have asked for a better way to celebrate my birthday. Not only were the location to attractions and restaurants a draw for my family and I, we also enjoyed the quiet area away from the crowds that made sleeping there a pleasure each night. Will most certainly be back and visit again!!!

The only one slight flaw I had with the room was the bed, being a disabled room the size was perfect but the bed was a bit elevated making it tad difficult to get into from my wheelchair but other than that everything else was SUPERB!

Great location; super friendly staff (especially Milena at the front desk who helped us with everything we needed); and we love the overall structure provided by a Staycity property (the kitchen structure; the easy WhatsApp communication; etc.)

Two minor things - (1) we did have a problem where the AC/heating system in our room was not working, but they did provide a portable heater that did the job for the night; and (2) there was only one elevator and at peak hours it can be difficult to get in (we just ended up taking the stairs). No biggie though, and it wouldn't stop us from staying there again.

Central location, good size studio, friendly/helpful front desk clerk (Jorge (I think) a Spaniard from NW Spain. He has a beard and glasses). Able to open the windows for fresh air. One of the main reasons I book with Staycity is that there is a human being available for check-in and other things. It is a real hassle trying to access a new accommodation in a strange city.

The one blanket was a bit small for two people. Only two cups/plates/etc combined with the small sink, forced us to use the dishwasher every day.

Great place to stay if you want easy access to many areas of Dublin. The apartment had everything we needed for our 2 night stay. Staycity apartments are always clean and it was spacious for what we needed. We really appreciated the touch for my partners birthday with the balloons, card and Prosecco! Thank you. We would recommend for anyone wanting to visit Dublin.

The only thing would be the green light in the bedrooms at night which can be bright. The rooms have black out curtains which are great, however there is a green light which is bright and can be a little annoying when trying to sleep, particularly if you are someone who needs full darkness. This was not a major problem though and wouldn’t prevent me from staying again.

The two young Italian staff members at the desk in the evening were so kind and helpful. They were so warm and fun to talk to. They had great recommendations. Also the lady who checked us in was very sweet. The apartment was perfect for us, two couples traveling together. The big king comfy beds were just what we needed before a night of travel. The bedding and rooms were spotlessly clean. We would definitely stay here again. Super short walk to the best parts of Dublin! Easy to park our rental car a few steps away. Super safe and quiet neighborhood.

We loved the size of the room! Comfy bed, nice size shower with warm water and high shower head. We appreciated laundry on premises and being able to open the window . Great to have a fridge, ample storage, toaster, luggage storage (under bed) as well as the ledge by the headboard of the bed. The use of a complimentary umbrella was also nice! Very safe and secure - never felt unsafe. EXCELLENT LOCATION and really helpful staff!

Would like to see at least one clock in the room (and in bathroom would be helpful too). Would have been nice to have bar soap as well as liquid soap. No fan in bathroom and would like instructions for the cooktop and convection oven as well as many a little softer pillow. All fairly minor details.

The staff were very pleasant. The Location is terrific... it's near all the great things in Dublin city. The price for Dublin is good.. but it's still above what I'd normally to happy to pay for accommodation in Europe. Loved the mini kitchen and the little complementary coffees and tea . Everything was clean.

When we arrived there was no toilet paper in the bathroom. And three towels for two people.. just a simple housekeeping mistake. It would have been really nice to have had a small breakfast included in the price.

Great location near the centre of Dublin, walking distance to everything you would want to see and do (mainly the amazing pubs!). Handy little kitchen area with everything you would want to make breakfast and save a few euro. Table and chairs to eat at. Good-sized bathroom with excellent shower - normal shower head as well as overhead rainfall shower. Huge, comfortable bed. Friendly, approachable staff who would help with any request. Highly recommended.

Only slight quibble was that one of us (me!) had to commando-crawl across the bed to get to the side by the wall, or if you want anything from the shelves on that side. And we struggled to sort out the heating and it was consequently very warm in the room, though they provide a top of the range floor fan. But that was probably our fault. And they could do with some basic instructions for how to use the hob/oven etc, but staff were very helpful when we asked. Oh, and the pillows were a bit solid, but I find that's the case in all such places.

Perfect location in the centre of Dublin, our room had stunning views, without the noise of other places I have stayed, safe comfortable and private. The heating in our room was not working and the team attended it immediately by bringing a heater which was ample to keep the room cosy, great service. I must make mention of the reception staff who went above and beyond in the most helpful friendly way, I wish I could remember her name sorry she is a gem and a true asset. I will definitely book here for our next visit to Dublin.

Lovely little apartment, perfect for what we needed. Great location, short walk to most of the main attractions and city hubs/areas we wanted to visit. Apartment itself was nice and clean and bed was very comfy. Staff were friendly and helpful too.

Only comment would be that the corridor walls could have done with a bit of paint and plaster to make it a bit neater and more inviting, and less industrial feeling!
