The check in experience was smooth. The room was clean and all necessities were present. Breakfast was good, enough variety for a two night stay. The gym was clean and nice. The location was very convenient, we felt safe. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

The room service did not replenish the coffee/tea. They took away the used soap (why?), and did not leave a new bar. The error was remedied quickly once we called the reception. The bed sheets are very noisy, strange material. It was very dusty after a nights sleep. The phone screen was covered in dust, probably from the same sheets. It would be nice to have separate duvets for a double bed.

The staff were extremely friendly and so helpful especially with my mother who has a rolator. Our room was changed to a lower level and one closer to the lifts by the reception staff which was actually perfect for us. The receptionist who served us also helped to arrange a taxi for us to our evening destination and even informed me of how I would be able to get a taxi back.

At dinner we were placed on a small table in which the seats were very low and it made eating dinner a little uncomfortable however we made do as the restaurant was a little busy. Also we found the bed a little hard for liking and therefore found it a little difficult to sleep.

the Location of the hotel is Central to Dublin city easily accessed from the airport by taking the 784 or 782 bus. or a taxi. its in a lovely area with many places to eat and drink. 15 mins walk to the center of Dublin. A couple of attractions close by such as EPIC and the Jeanie Johnstone. we had a Harbor view. the room was lovely and clean and the beds were comfortable we had 2 complimentary bottles of water only downside to the beds was the pillows these could definitely be looked at being replaced or harder pillows offered they were too soft but we asked for extra pillows which arrived promptly. the breakfast was one of the best. buffet style which was replenished quickly, waffles to die for, and fresh omelettes being made by the Chef. we didn't have these but they were hit by other residents. we will definitely be booking this hotel again. all staff were friendly and helpful.

- I requested a room with a bathtub on a high floor, and this was accommodated with no issues. - Fitness centre is open 24/7. - Complimentary bottles of water in the fridge (would be even better if these were replaced every night though).

- Only one small bottle of body wash provided - wasn't enough for two people. I requested and received more but it would be better if more were just provided in the bathroom to begin with. - Had to wait over 10 minutes to be seated for dinner at the restaurant due to lack of staff. - Expensive for what you get (over 300 Euros per night).

The location (at the river coast, very close to Convention Center Dublin) and the food in the breakfast were great. Personnel were always kind and helpful. It is also right across the famous famine ship (replica) Jeanie Johnston - a must see when you visit Dublin to understand its history that impacts the country since then.

One night lamp in my room was broken. When the room service came for cleaning, the only thing done was making the bed, which I didn't need at all :).

We liked everything about the hotel - nice spacious room, everything very clean, all staff very helpful and friendly, really trying best to realize what you need and to fulfill it. Breakfast is very good, many of the dishes are made straight for you like omelette or wafers. There are different cosy spaces to have breakfast. We spent 5 nights and every morning tried some different things. We also enjoyed lunch before departure, and were able to pack it well for the flight. The room view was just great, to the river and the old town. It was not loud at all. We liked the smell of lavanda and verbena in this hotel, was very pleasant to stay in. There is a fixed fee airport shuttle. And also lobby with nice drinks and TV. We recommend the hotel to 100%.

From the moment you enter, you are greeted by very polite and helpful staff. The reception staff could not do enough to make sure our was a pleasant on. The room was spacious and cleaned to a high standard. We dined that night in the on site restaurant and had a very pleasant server who made sure we had a very pleasant dining experience. The following morning the breakfast was fresh, plentiful and you are given a wide variety to chose from. My family and I will definitely be coming back.

Unfortunately, the bottle beer at the bar was warm, but when brought to the servers' attention she did he best to fix the problem.

The staff were very kind and helpful. The hotel is very clean. The room was perfect- I could open the window, it was possible to charge my electronic devices with usb cables only (no need for plugs), big bottles of shampoo, conditioner etc. Breakfast was perfect- a lot of options. There are laundry and gym too. The hotel is right near the amazing Epic museum and Starbucks. The rest of the attractions are pretty closed (15-20 walk).

Our experience at the hotel was bumpy. Will add more in the next section. Our main highlight was the way we were treated after our initial trouble. The hotel manager Gorge was the main person who is responsible for this rating. He spoke with us with utmost kindness and humility and ensured we were most comfortable at the hotel. He checked on us throughout the stay and understood our pain points very well. Hotel is located in the heart of the city and very clean and accessible. Breakfast was good too.

Our checkin was pretty much screwed up. When we landed and asked for early checkin, we were told that our room was fixed and we cannot checkin early. We waited for a few hours in -5 degrees in the city with a 2-yr old. When we reached, we were asked if our assigned room can be changed because that room was not available. Within that hour of wait, we had to put our child to sleep on the reception counter. My question was, if it was okay to change our room, why didn’t they do it when we requested? Anyway, the manager was the smartest and most helpful. He ensured we checked in okay and checked on us after that time throughout and made sure we were comfortable. We loved it from that point onwards.

We were able to store our luggage before check in and after check out while we explored the city. The room was quiet, very clean, and had a lovely view. The breakfast buffet had a very good selection and we all found things we liked. We ate two dinners at the restaurant and found the food to be excellent as well. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located near local bus stops. The taxi from the airport was reasonable.

The beds were not as comfortable as I had expected.
