Modern and clean Hotel, 24 hour service at the reception desk, Breakfast bag at 4:00! in the morning before going to the airport. Breakfast was good. Beds were very comfortable. We walked everywhere, day and night, no need to use a bus or other public transport. Perfect.

The view out of the window, we had a room to the backyard. But this is not a crieteria to not choose the hotel.

Rooms were lovely and modern. They were very clean with all the toiletries you would need, they had irons and hairdryers in the rooms. The bed was so comfortable and the pillows were down feather and lovely. Breakfast is buffet style with plenty to chose from and the quality was brilliant. I didn't hear a sound outside my room which was great has other hotels I have stayed can get noisy with people returning to their rooms but not this hotel. I will be staying here again if I ever visit Dublin again.

I was only once disappointed and that's because I saw a overflowing bi in the foyer but it was just the once.

It was very clean, room had a fridge, Location, Location for tourists in Dublin you couldn’t really get any better as it’s near Christ church and not too far from Temple Bar but far enough if you don’t want to go near the place, four courts tram stop outside the door . also for non tourist it’s a great spot . good breakfast ( ok the sausages could be cooked a bit longer, but I’m just nitpicking)

It’s very new so let’s see how it looks or wears after a year. Huge windows but you can not open them ( AC does work very efficiently) Breakfast room needs another coffee machine and maybe another make.

Everything was fresh, clean and modern. well decorated, great shower and very quiet. Any staff we came in contact with were pleasant and welcoming which was lovely.

Just found the bed a little hard so didn’t sleep as well as I might have. Oh, and no fried eggs at breakfast ( just love a fried egg at breakfast!!) Just personal preferences 😁

the bedroom was quite small for a family (couple + baby). nice decor but not super functional (corner couch + a lot of pillows and we almost had no space for a big suitcase…)

Pretty new hotel. 10 minutes walking from main attractions in Dublin. Kind staff, specially waitresses at breakfast. Nice and complete breakfast too.

No wardrobes in the room. There is a hanger but not even a shelf for daily clothing. It's difficult to manage your clothes if your stay is longer than 4-5 days.

Excellent location beside the tram and easy walk to Temple Bar! Great food and takeaway containers for breakfast was fantastic!

View out one of our windows was cement wall. View out other window was crack head shooting heroin and pooping on street. Accessible room farthest from elevator on thick carpet through non accessible doors. Shower in accessible room flooded and no one was concerned when brought to staff attention. The service elevator by the handicapped room would have been a nice option because it was over half hour wait to get downstairs in the morning because elevator too full every time. When asked about this I was told no. Just have to wait.

Great location within walking distance of most of the things to see in Dublin. The rooms were pristine, a good size, the bed was extremely comfortable and had a great shower. Never heard anyone else or noise from the street. The breakfast had so many options and was high quality and tasty. Would recommend this place for your stay in Dublin.

Only thing I would note is that between 9-10am the breakfast wouldn’t really be topped up so often the bread or the juice would run out and it wouldn’t be refilled. If the breakfast is offered until 10am then it should all be available until that time.

Clean, bright, tidy. Central location and easy to walk everywhere. All staff were really helpful and friendly. Breakfast was amazing. Shower was amazing. If you prefer a slightly more firmer pillow then ask at reception and they will get you one.

the latte from the machine downstairs wasn’t great but that’s all

This hotel is perfectly placed for getting around Dublin. The Tram stops nearly outside the door and the bus stops for the airport are a 5 to 10 min walk. Walk down the road cross the bridge and you are in Temple Bar. I would recommend getting the Leap card if you are going to use public transport.It covers all travel over various time scales we purchased ours at Dublin bus on O' connell Street which is about 10 mins from the hotel. Breakfast included , pretty much everyone catered for Cooked , continental, waffles , cereal or fruit. Would definitely use this Hotel again.

I Don't think there Is anything negative to say , it ticked all the boxes for us for a 2 night stay.
