Everything. From the second we walked in we were made to feel welcome. Bedroom was spacious, quiet and comfortable. Bathroom was spotless and great facilities. Breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts we've ever had. Would recommend eating a evening meal in the restaurant too, we stayed in one night due to bad weather and was so glad we did. The little play corner for children was a very welcome addition for my 3 year old. Pool was lovely and a great gym if that's you're thing. All the staff were so friendly, especially to my little boy. We can't wait to come back!!

The staff were incredibly friendly and very helpful. The food in the bar is delicious and the staff go out of their way to ensure you have everything you need. It was very hot in our room due to the weather and a fan was put into our room without even asking which I thought was very thoughtful. The rooms were beautiful and spacious and the bathroom was fabulous with an amazing shower. The swimming pool was lovely too! The location of this hotel is perfect if you want to be near the town but also outside the town. It’s a great base for traveling to other towns also. I’d definitely stay here again

Could they provide the beers from the local Tom Crean Brewery, in particular the red ale. I had a drink in the bar on the first two nights and tried the two different red beers provided, which I was not keen on. I then went to other bars in Kenmare Town to drink the Tom Crean red ale. If the Kenmare Bay Hotel provided the Tom Crean beers I would have stayed there in the evenings. I hope that this suggestion helps.

We got in late after hours of driving and we found out the hotel has a night kids club (7-9). My husband and I enjoyed a really good dinner in a room with beautiful music! In the morning for breakfast my kids had a blast in the kids corner which was full of interesting toys and in the pool that had a slide. I would say for families this is the best hotel I have ever been into! Only 30 mins away from the ring of kerry.

Staffs were extremally nice. They helped me in all aspects. The place was very clean. Staffs at the restaurant was very helpful. The place has good amenities to relax. I loved the Hotel. Location was spot-on.

The only complaint I have is the Kettle in the room was not clean, it had scaling formed at the bottom. I'm sure if I informed the staffs then they would have replaced it. But it was too late when I found that.

Reception staff were efficient and friendly. Room was large, with a comfortable bed and was clean and well serviced throughout. Food was good, especially at breakfast time. The hotel is located right on the ring of Kerry, so is ideal for anyone exploring that part of Ireland. There were a couple of wedding receptions during my stay, but they were well separated from the room I stayed in, so noise was never an issue.

Although the food was excellent in both the bar and restaurant, there was no atmosphere and prices were a little high. Car parking can be a little problematic, although I always did find a space, sometimes some distance from the hotel entrance.

Room was very Clean, staff were brilliant so kind,helpful, and accommodating. the food was very good hot,fresh and tasty.

The night we stayed there was a wedding on which was lovely to see but we were on the ground floor 104 and when the band were obviously finished packing up there entrance was right outside our window so lots of noise that woke me, perhaps it would be an idea to put the wedding guests in those rooms since they would be up anyway as moving their equipment etc caused a lot of noise, something to be aware. Perhaps a little more gluten/ dairy free options on the evening menu.

Breakfast was good and place was tidy and comfortable. Leisure centre is good .

The staff in the lounge did not know how to make cocktails properly and were not the warmest . The lounge doesn’t have much going on or enough space to hold the amount of guests . (We couldn’t get a seat) . The musicians were very basic. This area was the most disappointing about the place it dragged it down as everything else was good .

- Had to buy swimminghats - Swimmingpool counts a lot of years and only opened until 8pm on weekends - Hairs from previous guest in shower - Holes in the couch hiden by pillows - silicon joints were partially opened and therefore not hygienic

Room was so comfortable and spotlessly clean Fridge,iron and fan were a lovely bonus in room. Breakfast buffet was plentiful and staff in dining room for breakfast were very pleasant and helpful. If you wanted anything like eggs done differently rather than fried from buffet or porridge they organised it promptly. Shout out to lovely barman who pulled a great pint of Guinness . Really enjoyed our stay🙂
