Breakfast and staff terrific. King bed very comfortable. Coffee supplied - no decaff.

Room was quite small for the cost (deluxe double king). If you don't eat meat the selection was small in the evening. Recommend Penne Vodka with Tagliatelli instead and the portobello mushroom as a main. Also the chowder! We were very boring and only ate in the hotel. We preferred the bar area to the restaurant behind the bar and watched 2 rugby games on the many TV screens in there. Hotel lobby uber grand. Glimpsed the Junior Bridal 'suite' and that looked wonderful. But we were not in there!

Beautiful and very spacious, very open layout and a seamless flow from one room to another. Simple and very effective, staff where very friendly and polite. Waiting staff where clearly well trained and knew exactly when to approach after being seated, they didn't hang around or bother you yet they always seemed to be close by. Location is about 10 minutes in a taxi from the town but you could easily walk it on a nice day and take in the beautiful views. Great location for the local concert hall, also great if staying "just outside the town" is what your looking for. There was families staying and it appears they seemed to be having fun although I didn't notice anything for children to be entertained by, that said I wasn't exactly looking either. Overall view, great value for money and lovely professional staff.

Very modern & very very clean !! Not too far from INEC arena as we were at a concert!

Most staff were niceish but not greatly informative, for example we didn't pay for breakfast, room only, at the reception we were told if we do want to have breakfast we can go in & we'd be looked after never mentioned we needed prepay at reception & then we can go(I personally assumed, after I was told we'd be served we'd just settle the payment at checkout) Not a huge issue just an inconvenience as we waited in a queue for a little while & then had to queue again. Some of the food at the restaurant the evening before was very poor quality but some were 100%. Not sure if I'd chance it again

The staff were lovely and the breakfast was also very nice.

The water was not hot enough to shower when we arrived, it was just luke warm. It did get quite hot later but we were ready to go out for dinner by then. When we returned late that night our room was quite cold, when we turned the heater up to number 5 it made no difference at all so our room was cold all night, the heating still had not come on the following morning. Room 123 was the number - maybe this can be looked at.

We didn't opt for the breakfast. Our room was lovely.. bed comfy. The foyer was large and had beautiful chandeliers. The receptionist was really nice. The hotel is very near the National Park and Muckross House, which was our reason for being there. We had dinner in the restaurant and the staff there were really nice and although extra busy that night due to a match, we were not waiting very long

We thought there could have been a bit more colour on the walls of the hotel. The restaurant lighting was much too bright as the walls are painted white and dimming of the lights a little would add more to the ambiance.

We paid 240 for 1 night and that didn’t include breakfast which for the price we paid I think breakfast should of been included

It''s a clean place with a very comfortable bed

The staff there seem more focused on serving their wedding guests, and the staff are generally impersonal. They weren't at all rude or disrespectful, just rather neutral. It was just a very expensive place to stay without any personal touches. It could have been any hotel in any town, but it served our purpose for a few days. I would not choose to stay here again

the hotel is beautiful, the lobby looks grandiose whit the chandeliers rooms are big enough, there are plenty of parking spaces at the property, the hotel is a walkable distance to city center, but it takes you some time, more than 20 min.

they did not forwarded to their restaurant that we payed for breakfast so we had to go back at reception, get a "post it" which confirmed the payment and then go back to restaurant, it was managed but it was uncomfortable ..., the breakfast is not a real buffet, is a list where you chose what kind of breakfast you want, but it was good.

Rooms are extremely comfortable Shower is amazing Food was excellent

Accommodation staff knocking on the door at around 10am. As someone who used to work in housekeeping I know how frustrating it is waiting for rooms but no door should be knocked on unless the room is marked as checked out or they request something!

Very friendly staff Clean room Kettle, tea and coffee provided in room Nice view from the hotel Beautiful and quiet surroundings, quiet at night Very comfortable bed Plenty of towels and hand wash and shower gel provided Tasty breakfast large selection of fruit and hot dishes

The carpet in the room made it a bit difficult to open the door After flushing the toilet, it made a loud noise for a while
