Very clean and well maintained with rooms being cleaned daily. Bathroom was clean and fresh with toiletry dispensers in the bath and beside the was basin. Hotel pool was good size and depth for swimming lengths and sauna/steam room were clean and managed well.

Need additional furniture in the room as there was only one chair and no dressing table. As a result we had to put the tea making on the carpet to reach the sockets, which was not ideal. Also no mirror in the room and only two hangers in the wardrobe. In the swimming pool/spa area a sign to advise occupants to shower before entering the pool after using the sauna/steam room would be good as notice one elderly couple came out of the sauna and jumped straight into the pool.

What did I like? Well, everything. This hotel is magnificent. Clean, comfy, central, great common spaces with a fabulous Georgian/Victorian vibe meeting a modern touch, and very friendly, helpful staff. I was very lucky to find a great deal for the Petit room, which is compact but very comfortable for one person, and it's also very quiet, good night's sleeps. The breakfast was excellent: an outstanding variety of food at the buffet (including a little "morning detox" made of ginger) and great options on the menu. The staff was the friendliest possible. The restaurant/cocktail bar was also perfect: great food selections - including vegetarian options - and very tasty desserts. Make sure to try the extra delicious gin and tonic cheesecake. Overall, this was one of the best stays I've had in Ireland so far.

on check-in the reception staff were very pleasant and friendly, the first night I stayed in a junior suite, the room was beautiful,very large, amazing king sized bed, great seating area, great telly, beautiful bathroom,the room could have done with a mini fridge, breakfast was lovely,very friendly staff, after arrival back at the hotel after my day trip I was delighted to learn that my room had been upgraded to a signature room, the room again was beautiful with very comfortable king size bed and a small box of signature butlers chocolates to greet me, everything in this hotel was lovely, I will definitely be returning, Joseph.

we were met with 2 girls at reception and i failed to get their names but one of them it was her birthday and they were both so pleasant, welcoming and friendly. it was busy when we arrived and we were on our way to a wedding and they were so efficient in getting to us as fast as they could we couldn't fault them. so professional and so warm and welcoming. the hotel itself is gorgeous a great location and we loved it so much we actually booked in for a second night where we kindly got a suite. we had mentioned we had previously gotten engaged ourselves and were kindly gifted a lovely box of chocolates accompanied with a lovely personalised note, overall it was a fabulous stay and we will be back. thank you so much

Located in quiet area within walking distance to fun and food. Very close to Killarney National Park! Beautiful private room in separate “townhouse” with access to hotel amenities. Townhouse room is large and clean with insight parking. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

Townhouse rooms have no AC and only 1 small fan & window that barely opens. Ceiling fan or additional small fans would help. Beware if you travel in summer! Also, no elevator or hotel staff to help you get bags up 3 flights of stairs

This was a fabulous hotel. Check in was on line or in person, whichever suits you. The room was large and very well furnished. The bed was American style large and super comfortable. Large screen TV with lots of channels. The bathroom was large with toiletries and super soft towels. All areas were super clean and very well maintained. Breakfast was excellent. The hot breakfast menu had a large selection of items that should cover most desires. All the staff were welcoming and pleasant, always smiling and attentive. They were genuinely nice. Would highly recommend this lovely, centrally located hotel.

The opening time for the swimming pool was late in the afternoon which didn't suit our plans.

Quite a gem, just 3 mins away from Killarney center. The hotel is elegant and the staff very nice - super nice breakfast (a bit expensive, but in line with other hotels) and nice pool! Rob, the pool guy, is really super nice, he gave us water glasses for the kids, a ball for them to play and many advices on what to do in the city! The first night we had dinner at their bar and despite we were quite late the service had been perfect!

The breakfast was very average for the price food was not nice but the staff were exceptional so friendly, kind and helpful went out of their way to help all guests

The price of the room for both nights for a family of 2 adults, 2 children , bit children under 16 was 620e that was excluding Breakfast! Our room was spotless clean but we had to sleep one double bed , one single bed for the price we payed was not acceptable but because staff of hotel were so genuine and so helpful and hotel was clean we accepted the expense of 2 nights in the hotel

I thought the choice for breakfast was varied and very good. Nicest selection of juices I’ve seen in any hotel and the dry up was really tasty and non greasy. Enjoyed sitting outside on the veranda drinking one of their delicious cocktails and enjoying the mountain view. The location was ideal with its proximity to the centre of Killarney town and the underground car park kept your car safe and also cool as the weather was very warm during our stay.

The cosy restaurant, bar and lounge area were a highlight of our stay. Beautiful pints of creamy Guinness by an open fire and really relaxed atmosphere. The location was perfect with the town center only a 10min walk away and Killarney park less than that, it was exactly what we wanted. Lovely staff and a really nice look to the hotel

The pool was very standard plus the steam room was out of order. The staff at the pool were lovely and very accommodating but with a few kids in the pool it's not an ideal place for a nice relaxing swim
