Simply beautiful place, close enough to Killarney city centre. Very helpful staff that helped me in organizing one of the most important days in my life. Make sure to visit Herbert's Restaurant as well, great service and amazing food.

The place is literally 11/10. The only thing I've missed was a small fridge in the room that could be hidden in one of the cabinets.

The staff were brilliant and really accommodating, top service. The restaurant was also exceptional. We really appreciated the use of pretty good bikes, for free. The location is great, as it’s set away from the town and close to the National park.

Our first room (8 in the Coach House) was great - spacious and with a bath. Our second room (2 in the Coach House) was a lot smaller and didn’t have a bath, which was a little disappointing as we paid in the same price bracket.

Beautiful location! Historic house. Our room had a balcony with uninterrupted views of the surrounding countryside and mountains. A charming old house with modern facilities (bathroom heated floor)! The staff are amazing! especially Sonia on reception, who welcomed us and helped with any requests or bookings we needed. Although the restaurant was closed, the staff arranged a table for our 6 guests in their main dining room and served food from their Celar Bar menu, the food was delicious and service superb! Thank You!

I arrived at the hotel ill from the previous day. Although my room was not yet ready, the staff went over and above in putting me in a vacant room, bringing me whatever I needed and moving me to my room as soon as possible. The concierge was excellent as well. Arranged all of our tours and travel pleasantly and efficiently

This property is so beautiful - not one detail is overlooked. Our room was the most beautiful room I have ever stayed in. We were upgraded for our honeymoon with a card waiting. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are visiting Killarney.

The only semi-negative thing I would say is a couple of the staff were sort of complacent. They were cheerful enough but you could feel they were genuinely enjoying their positions.

Lovely house hotel with park like grounds. The bedding and towels were of a high quality The shower pressure was very good.

Not a buffet breakfast. Everything you need from yoghurt to marmalade etc needs to be ordered from the staff. Personally, I prefer to have a buffet breakfast but not a deal breaker

Excellent location near the national park and the town center. The house and grounds are tastefully decorated and well-maintained. The breakfast is beautiful and the bikes were wonderful for exploring the surrounding area. Not to mention, the staff was incredibly friendly and accomodating. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience!

Very friendly and helpful staff! Staff provided umbrellas in the rain, carried bags, walked us to our room, booked taxi, anything we needed and more! Very spacious, peaceful room, accommodating facilities. Highly recommended. Location very close to INEC.

Bar food wasn't being served due to the time of year (28th December), but staff recommended alternatives as the restaurant was fully booked.

Location of hotel. Within walking distance of shop and Killarney town,yet short driveway in to it...to feel like you were getting away to a lovely peaceful private haven. Also walkway all the way to Muckross House with most amazing views.

Unable to find anything l didn't like.

Breakfast was delicious and waiting staff couldn't do enough for us. We had dinner our first night there as well and it was absolutely fabulous. The manager was so accommodating and made my friend (it was her birthday) feel so special. And we loved the cocktails in the library!

That I couldn't stay longer!! There was no downside to the trip.
