My husband and I had a wonderful stay. We flew overnight from the States and drove from Dubin, so we were extremely tired and arrived late. Eillen greeted us with open arms and was very friendly. The entire staff was so kind during our stay. Our room (the titanic) was just perfect. Tea and treats were provided for us each day. It overlooked the yard and the river. The bed was comfortable, and the shower was great. The location was also perfect for the Ring of Kerry, Killarney National Park, and Dingle peninsula (our favorite), all within an hour and half drive. The town of Kilarney was just a quick 10 minute drive and offered lots of free parking after 630. We enjoyed dinner and drinks in the town. There are tons of options. My favorite part was breakfast! The portion sizes were huge and filled both my husband and I up until dinner! Oatmeal with Baileys and the poached eggs and sausage were our favorite. Our room was also cleaned every day with fresh towels and the chocolate treats were resuppiled. We would definitely stay here again! It was a lovely start to our trip.

Crystal Springs is an exceptional place to stay. Eileen is warm, welcoming, and takes care that each guest is fully comfortable and satisfied. The furnishings are beautiful and of high quality and all rooms, bathrooms and public areas are immaculately kept by Eileen and her staff. The marble floors sparkle. The breakfast is abundant, to say the least, and served in lovely surroundings with a river view. After 5 days here, we feel like family. I recommend Crystal Springs for every traveler wanting comfort and something special for their stay!

We liked everything!

Eileen was an extremely friendly host and tried to accommodate anything you needed. The rooms were very spacious, and the hotel's garden is overlooking a river so absolutely beautiful. The breakfast was very delicious and you had varied options to choose from.(My partner absolutely loved the sausages) The location is quite handy, roughly 20 mins walk from the centre and in a very quiet area. I wish the weather was nicer so we can make use of the outdoor space more as it was absolutely lovely.

The do not disturb sign was not respected, as the lady cleaning would just ignore it and still get in. The reason I hung it was to not have the towels changed everyday, as we would have been more than happy with the same ones for all 3 nights.

Very large, comfortable bed. Good size room, clean everywhere. Staff all friendly and efficient. Stayed for four nights and it was a very good base for trips to the Ring of Kerry and Killarney National Park. Was on a motorbike and was able to park behind the property, out of sight of the road on good flat hard standing, which is always very welcome. Tea/coffee and snacks replenished each day, and room cleaned daily. Breakfast was good, with cooked and cold options. If the weather is good, you can sit by the river in the back garden, which is lovely. There's also a newly built summer house to go in.

Shower was cold for me on one morning, but I think literally everyone staying decided to shower and go for breakfast at the same time. Only happened once for one of us during our four night stay, so wasn't much of a big deal.

Breakfast was fantastic. Great to get to use the summerhouse by the river for drinks in the evening. Beds were very comfortable. Lovely setting on the river Flesk

It was a bit of a walk (20 minutes) into town and we didn't have a car so it was a little inconvenient for dinner since there's no restaurants right near the B&B. They are very weird about trash. There's no eating in the rooms and they don't have trash cans available outside or by the summerhouse and the owner's husband did not seem to want to accommodate any of our trash

Very friendly service & great breakfast, although a little confusing to work out the many Menu choices! The room was very spacious and comfortable and the only noise was the creek at the back of the property. Eileen was a lovely host - we arrived late but nothing seemed to be too much trouble.

We had a car so the location was fine for us, but the property is a little out of town - too far to walk.

It’s very well taken care of, clean and cozy, all vintage. I got everything i needed in the room, also free parking, beautiful area outside with a river right out of the guest house window. Amazing breakfast with one main hot dish (scrambled + salmon in my case) and unlimited fruits, cheese, cake, toasts, jam and muesli. 20 minute lovely walk to Killarney center.

Our host Eileen could not have been more accommodating. She truly makes the place and works like a trooper. She makes the best breakfast in Killarney and makes sure you don't leave the place hungry. Only a 20 min. Walk to the city centre and a very quiet location at night.

The room was a bit small and it had not been cleaned properly (vacuumed or dusted). The en-suite nonetheless was clean. The shower was tiny and for an average person very tight. The noise from other guest was not very pleasant

This was our second time staying here. Eileen is an excellent host. She provides a delicious breakfast and since COVID they have added an outside living area to use in the evening to relax, watch TV, sit by the river, play games, etc. This is a nice addition to her property.
