the bartenders had no idea how make make a cocktail I stood at the bar for 17 mins in total looking at a bartender who hadn’t a clue how to make a cocktail and the manager,I assume,came up to him told him it was wrong and did a huff and apologised to me and walked away . instead of helping him ! and then he placed the wrongly made drinks down and started to dry glasses . I stood for a further 5 mins and nothing. she never re appeared and he never made my cocktail.

It's great to see a large hotel being run well . The staff were all very efficient and friendly and I think this stems from the Manager. When we stayed there was some sort of event at the hotel but it didn't affect our stay at all . We ate in the restaurant and again everyone was super helpful. Some of the other places we stayed in were more expensive and not as good as Longcourt House Hotel .

The hotel was lovely, spacious, modern and had all the amenities we needed. The room itself was large and lovely, and team refreshed it daily which was great. The staff at the hotel, from reception to the team in the restaurant, were absolutely incredible! They really made us feel welcome and home and went above and beyond to make sure we were okay. We added breakfast to our booking on arrival which had a lengthy menu with lots of choices and the quality of the breakfast was fantastic too. Not only is the hotel great, but the customer service was exceptional! Will be returning to stay the next time were visiting our friends in the area!

Cleanliness. Big restaurant. We don’t need to queue for Breakfast.

Hotel is next to the road. If your room face the main road, it can be a bit noisy but if you’re drunk. You will be ok. There was a coach tour came late at 2.30 am on the night we stayed and they are really loud. It would be great if the hotel have a sign “Please no noise aft , guests are sleeping. Something like that.

My overall impression of this hotel is one of friendliness. The rooms are a good size and comfortable. Breakfast was €15 but the menu presented was confusing as we were very unsure of what was included as each section had different prices listed. Turned out that the €15 covered everything. There was no buffet table here so if you wanted the juice topped up you had to get the server's attention.

Each time we passed through the lobby there was a very unpleasant smell that one associates with drains.

We had an excellent stay. The staff, food and service was amazing. As a motorcyclist we found a nice safe place for the bikes thanks to a gentleman called (Fish) he was so nice to have such a warm welcome off Fish as you don't normally get that when you ride a motorcycle.

Room was lovely. Decor throughout hotel was lovely and very clean. Both receptionists were very friendly and addressed my 10 year old daughter also as they spoke to me.

The bar served as the restaurant also. They were setting up for breakfast as we were still having dinner. Would've been nice to move to a separate lounge.

Staff were lovely, and the facilities were clean and comfy. The restaurant was extremely busy. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. Definitely recommend longcourt Hotel

We are used to buffet breakfast when we go away. I'm just surprised it wasn't a buffet. No air conditioning. But an electric fan was provided.

The front desk personnel were great. It was quite hot and they obtained a fan for our room. The red- headed bartender w/ glasses was pleasant and accomodating.

The dining room was very loud- many children- perhaps an area for retired folk to enjoy a meal and some peace and quiet? The toilet could use a bleaching. And a good scrub down in.

Lovely hotel, staff were very friendly and helpful ,food was delicious and not too expensive.

We got a room to the front of the hotel, the room was very warm so we had to leave the window open and from around 4.30 am the morning traffic started very annoying as we were so near the very busy road,
