This place was great and the hosts were wonderful. Breakfast was amazing and there was free parking on the street and 1 block away at a city lot. Location was right near the center of everything in town but not noisy at night. En suite room was small but bed was large and room had every comfort one needs.

I prefer to have temperature control in the room, but this does not really ever seem to be available in Ireland in the summer, so I can't really count it as a negative of this place. Also, FYI there are stairs to climb to the room, but again this is pretty much the norm.

The room was very clean, comfortable and very stylishly and pleasantly designed. There were ample tea bags/coffee sachets provided, which adds a very homely and welcoming atmosphere. The location is in the very centre of Kilrush. The host was friendly and accommodating. Check out is 11.

I would have preferred a room with an external/street view, but this is my fault as I did not request/specify this when I was booking this accommodation. It would be nice to be advised in an email before arriving that one is required to call a number (because as far as I could see there was no door buzzer to let the hosts know you've arrived...)

The Zoe has a very unassuming frontage, but don’t let that put you off. Our room was comfortable and very clean, and the breakfast was one of the best that we have ever had. To be clear it was EXCELLENT, the home made croissants were exceptional as were the home made bread and mini pancakes and as this had been preceded by greasy fruit and granola we did not even get to the cooked section. The breakfast is served in what used to be the bistro, which is now closed, but it is a pleasant environment. Greg and Barbara are excellent hosts, we will definitely be back. Parking is on the street, but there is plenty of space as Kilrush has very wide roads

Nothing. It is a pity that the Bistro is closed, I am sure that this would have been a great place to eat!

My husband and myself stayed at Zoe Bistro and Accommodation in June and it was lovely. Greg checked us in and he was so helpful and kind giving us plenty of recommendations of where to eat. He also told us we could contact him at any time if we needed anything. The accommodation itself was lovely. It was decorated beautifully and was very clean The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of hot water for showers. We had breakfast in their bistro which was located next door to the accommodation. Again, the decor here was gorgeous and it was very clean. Breakfast was prepared by Greg and served by his lovely wife Barbara, who again, couldn’t do enough for us, and it was absolutely delicious!!!

Nothing except that we couldn’t stay longer.

Located in centre of town. Free on street parking available outside the hotel. The room was comfortable. Greg was very helpful. Although it is extra the breakfast was amazing and Greg and Barbara did a fantastic job preparing such a brilliant breakfast and they even provided a doggy bag as there was too much for us to eat. Really recommend it.

Unfortunately the restaurant was closed due to staff shortages. This is a shame as I am sure Greg and Barbara would provide a fantastic meal, if the breakfast is anything to go by. We did find a restaurant in town though which was good.

A friend and I were doing the West Atlantic Way, and needed to travel through Kilrush, on the way back to Shannon Airport. We only booked 48hrs beforehand, and arrived at Zoe around 6pm. The host came as soon as we rang him, and in addition to giving us the keys and some general information, he helped carry our luggage up to the family rooms on the top floor. The rooms were charmingly appointed and very clean (not always a given on this trip!). We were disappointed to hear the bistro was temporarily closed for evening meals, but relieved to hear we could get breakfast in the morning. And what a fantastic meal that was. Had I been the kind of person to photograph my food, this would have been very worthy of a post on any social media platform. Heavenly, home made black treacle bread, local butter, a delicious fresh fruit salad, perfect little freshly made pancakes (crisp on the outside and soft inside), with just the right texture of scrambled eggs, bacon and sausages. We couldn’t finish it all, so our hosts kindly boxed up the homemade croissants for us to snack on later… The ambience and decor in the restaurant was lovely, and if I ever go back to Kilrush, I would definitely stay again.

Greg and Barbara were perfect hosts. Very helpful and very responsive to communications prior to arriving. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean, and fresh, lovely decor and individual touches. The room comfortable, the bed very comfortable. Greg and Barbara have obviously put a lot of love into this business. We enjoy the fine dining experience but have never encountered the fine Breakfast experience! We have never had such a Breakfast. Wow! Greg said it would be an experience...and it certainly was. A description wouldn't do it justice..experience this Breakfast and breakfast room yourselves. It has the wow factor. It really was the best breakfast ever. We could only imagine what a dinner cooked by Greg would be like and hope he finds his assistant chef soon. We can't recommend Zoes and Greg and Barbara enough. If you looking for a place in Kilrush- stay here. Greg and Barbara we wish you every success in your venture, it was a pleasure staying with you.

Greg greeted us and upgraded our accommodation to their apartment overlooking the Market Square (above the shoe store). It was warm and bright, modern and very spacious, in great condition, extremely clean and comfortable, kitchen well-stocked with basics and more, large dining room with a table for 8, large-screen TV included paid subscriptions, jacuzzi tub separate from a very large walk-in shower (largest I've seen in Europe), washer and dryer, very very large sun room opening onto an equally large deck. Skylights for viewing the stars from the large master bedroom with a firm king bed with high-count linens. Thoughtful extra touches. Very quiet at night. In the morning we were charmed by a small farmers market. Friendly vendors and a font of local information, Mrs Murphy's scones were the best we had in 2 weeks. Coffey's Fish & Chips (fresh cut for both) were great. Great home base for the region. We'll be back if we're anywhere near the area!

We had a wonderful stay in Zoe Accomodation - the family room was perfect as it was essentially 2 connected rooms - one with twin beds and one with a double bed - both with smart TVs, desks etc, so the kids has their own place. The highlight of the stay though was the breakfast (as a lot of reviews rightly say) - if it's not included in your booking option, you need to add it on when you get there - a really delightful experience. Also Greg and family we're very helpful with recommendations for the area. Great stay.

Charming hosts Greg and Barbara helped me feel at home straight away. The comfort and coziness of the room, and the splendid breakfast were the highlights, without question. Barbara, a superb chef, kindly adapted breakfast for my dietary limits.

I stayed in Kilrush on my way to the Dingle Peninsula, as it was the most convenient overnight stop on my route. I had no expectations, and any negatives were only to do with the limited options for eating out in the town in the evening. But, with Greg's helpful tips, I found a good pub for dinner.
