Very good breakfast. The place is nice and clean.

Before i checked in, i witnessed a queue of guests requesting to change their rooms because of the noise. I asked if my room was nice and quiet. The answer was ‘I’m not sure’. Finally, they handed me the keys saying ‘We have no idea how you will reach your room with a stroller. There are stairs on the way, and you’ll need to go up and down’. No offer to help either. Yes, the room was noisy, the sound comes from a number of fans on the roof, which you see through your window. There’s nothing they can do about the noise, so beware when you book anything in this hotel.

The staff exceeded my expectations, always a smile, allowed us to stay in the dining room after closing as we met family. They served us in the living rooms/parlors. Food and bar service was excellent. reception assisted us with cab service and alerted us when the cabs arrived. We were delighted to learn our room was ready upon our arrival at 2 pm, especially since we had a family reunion to attend 30 miles away. The shower / tub had safety/ grip bars. towels were plentiful. Excellent hotel.

We had dinner both nights in the hotel and the food was beautiful. The staff waiting our table were so courteos and one went above and beyond to help us plan our Saturday with places to visit. The room was spacious and modern.

On Saturday night, we had dinner in the restaurant as we did night before. At 11.30 we asked for bill and about 10 mins later a member of your staff came to us we think he was the manager and said to us we had to bring our drinks to our room. We told him we were waiting for the bill as we asked for it 10 mins ago. He told us he would get it and as he was walking away he said under his breath would you not just go to the counter and pay. First of all we were told we couldn't go to bar to order that it was table service, secondly the night before was no issue and a lovely man who was serving us all night took our payment at table. This annoyed us as everything else was amazing but for a manager to speak like that was unprofessional of him..

Free parking on site, nice large rooms, comfortable beds, good bar and bar food, traditional music session on Monday in the bar, main sports events shown in room and bar, location close to town and within 5 min. walk. BREAKFAST is the highlight, excellent options and all very tasty, cooked and /or cold breakfast.

Rooms can be a little noisy from main street depending on location in hotel , no air conditioning in rooms. These are minor things really in general very comfortable.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Seven Oaks hotel. The food was lovely. All the staff were very friendly & helpful. The leisure centre was a real treat with the jacuzzi, steam room , sauna & pool.

The interior needs a face lift with modern colours , furnishings, flooring etc the carpets/colours were a little dated and made the hotel look very dark in places. The bedroom was clean but could have been cleaned better a lot of dust in it.

Staff were very helpful and friendly, especially the lady in the main restaurant who allowed us to grab some breakfast early as we had to catch an early flight home. Great food in the restaurant too in the evenings. Good location too.

Ask for a room away from the front of the building if you are staying at the weekend. I didn't sleep very well due to being disturbed by inebriated guests returning at all hours or smoking out the front. I would hope that guests would be more considerate but maybe also the hotel could put up a sign or ask those returning late to keep the noise down.

My Husband and daughter stayed for one night and said it was lovely, Great selection for eating and very comfortable. Great Location very close to the town. No need to drive in as well within walking distance.

The only down side to the stay was when eating breakfast my daughter's plate was taken before she had finished eating. Like most 12yr old's she doesn't eat her crusts and had to leave this on the table as her plate was gone.

The vege food needs to be improved I had the chick pea dish two years ago and not great. I chose side dishes with potatoes and salad and a veg panache or something which seemed to be carrot and turnip from frozen which I left. and then I ate out the next day as a result. Also the room was really cold when I arrived (4 degrees temperature outside). I reported this and staff said they would come and switch it on. It was so cold I went for dinner whilst it was sorted and warmed up. When I returned the heating was still not on and then I alerted staff again who discovered radiator not working and I had to change rooms. Dismal view when I opened the curtains after changing room. the fence is one thing but the ground between the hotel wall and the fence needs a good clean up.

Very comfortable room, clean warm and pleasant. Food was delicious especially the beans at breakfast. Staff were nice too.

Its not worth 200 euros for bed and breakfast. I cant see how they are justifying that fee as the room, although fine, is not of 4 star quality that would refelect such a price. Plus the sausages were very small on the breakfast buffet.
