Hotel was very clean, rooms were very well equipped, even had long shoe horn, clothes brush as well as usual items. Staff were very pleasant, any issue they helped. Kersia think her name was, managed rooms was exceptional. Breakfast couldn't be better, selection and staff great. Evening dinner not enough selection for me, needs more variation. Location, very close to town and docks which has advantages and disadvantages. Easy to get ferry and go shopping, seagulls and early bin emptying ensured an early wakening. There are good restaurants fairly close by the marina, so overall would just agree to the 4 star rating

Room facilities and cleanliness gave it a clear 4 star, breakfast together with staff similar.

The quality of the hotel was superb and all the staff were very friendly and helpful . The choice and quality of the food was exceptional . We stayed for 1 week for our Ruby wedding and could not have chosen a better place to stay.

Cannot fault anything with our stay it was all a good experiance and we would certainly book again.

The location was great, easy access to the port. The breakfast was first class and the hotel was extremely clean. Complimentary papers in the morning was a nice touch. Very pleasant stay and would definitely stay again.

The only complaint we had was the location of our room and the fact the windows had an obscure film over them so you couldn’t see out. Maybe the view wasn’t the best as we were at the back of the hotel, but it would have been nice to see what the weather conditions were before leaving the room. The lift was a bonus, but more info about stairs should be included. We got out of the lift on the 3rd floor and then had to go down approx 7 stairs and then back up the same again. Until we realised getting out at the 2nd floor only incurred one flight up. Definitely need to question room location if you struggle with steps.

The location of the hotel was perfect. Our room was basic but spacious and it had an ironing board, iron, hairdryer, sewing kit, shoe polish, 2 fans, tv, and refreshments station that was replenished. Bus routes nearby to go to all locations needed. The Strand shopping centre is directly behind the hotel. Staff and locals are extremely friendly and happy to share knowledge. Welcome centre nearby, it is packed with information and staff are amazing.

For ourselves nothing I can't wait to visit again. However, it would have been nice to have seen disabled access the steps entering the building meaning a wheelchair user couldn't gain access.

The breakfast is substantial or as minimal as you want. The dinning room has a good view of the prom and is brightly lighted on a sunny morning.

What i don't like is the 'background muzzac' which accompanies breakfast, lunch and dinner. It is a background irritation, the sound level of which, is sometimes too loud. On ocassion it is necessary to ask for the sound level to be reduced. Sometimes it appears the 'muzzac' is played more for the staff than guests.

Every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations.very posh, very high-class,for the cheap price of the time spent there we where over the moon. The breakfasts are truly scrumptious 😋 that's if you mange to get out of the cloud of a bed and pillows you find it hard to leave ☁️🤤very very comfortable. All of the staff are very smiley and welcoming,i felt treated like royalty from start to finish.i highly recommend if you fancy a posh hotel stay worth more than they charge check into this one.very impressive ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I didn't enjoy packing my belongings away and leaving.had a bit of a headache self inflicted but the staff where great.looked after us, treated us like royalty but still had the banter with us.Had a ball cant wait to go back.

The hotel was modern and had some lovely decor and well displayed posters of the isle of man.The toiletries In the bathroom were of a good quality and the tea making facilities were well stocked daily..The hotel had some lovely little touches like chocolates and a sleepy tea bag which were placed on our bed each evening.. The dining room was very traditional and the choice at breakfast was extensive and would suit all tastes.

Couldn't fault it.

Very nice and close to the promenade. The restaurant and the lobby is great. Good food and drinks too!

A bit difficult for somebody with reduced mobility due to stairs inside of a floor... Example: to reach my room 320 I am going with the lift to level 3, then I am going up a flight of stairs and I am going down a flight of stairs in the same level...

A warm welcome at the reception. Lovely comfy beds. Nice clean room, crisp clean bedding. Nice hot shower and a bath. A very good location right on the sea front and 5 minutes walk to the ferry port. The buses run frequently just outside and the bus station is just around the corner. The shops are at the back of the hotel which is excellent. The breakfast was superb with an excellent choice every morning. We ate in the restaurant, the quality and presentation of the food was top class. We really enjoyed our stay. Tea and coffee making facilities spot on.

If you had mobility issues, some of the rooms are a little walk along. This was not an issue for us. The room size was a little small, but certainly not a criticism.

Restaurant and bar area is very inviting. Reception and restaurant staff are very helpful and clearly enjoy working there. The room was very clean and had everything I could want and was very comfortable.

The shower in my room (316) was very small and could have been thought about a little more. The bathroom was spacious enough to get twin sinks, but the shower appears to have been an afterthought. I will definitely request a different room on my next visit. The restaurant menu appears to be trying too hard, a few more simple items would keep a lot more guests from looking elsewhere for a simple evening meal (or breakfast).
