I came for a surgery in Scarborough this hotel was absolutely amazing with help they were kind courteous and did everything they could to ensure that our stay was the least of our worries. Our surgeon was running abit late when we called to see if we could check in later the girl at the front desk I believe her name was Suzy was amazing and stated she had no problems and not to worry just make it when we can they also recommended a specific parking so that we could easily get in and out with little walking since I was post op. The next morning we had to return to the surgeon to have the incisions looked at because check out was 11 and my appointment was 12:30 the hotel even let us remain in our room so I could rest in a comfy bed instead of a car and Suzy again even took the time to ask how I was feeling I can’t explain how much these little things made us feel so at home during our stay and I will absolutely be staying here again it was a beautiful hotel it was a shame I couldn’t use the facilities that come with it but it just makes me want to go back even more. I am originally from Whitby so I can also say this hidden gem is in a perfect location to be close enough to all major attractions of Whitby and Oshawa it’s a short cab to the centrum plaza or the Oshawa Center if you want some light shopping I would give this place 5/5 stars and they have Suzy to thank for that!!!!

Loveeeee the staff! So polite and on the ball. Breakfast was yummy and wonderful options! I loved that the room was spacious and they give you a ton of pillows. The fridge was a good size and everything was on level ground which is great for tall people! If you book through a third party they only take your credit card and do not charge you again just to release it a few days later! Will be back absolutely!

Air conditioning did not work.

Breakfast was lovely. We went in expecting a continental breakfast as that is usually what's typically included but we were pleasantly surprised with bacon, eggs and waffles.

I wouldn't say I didn't like anything, but if I had to change something it would be the pillows. They were okay , not great but that is a personal preference.

I come in to town to visit our kids from Bancroft & usually on weekends. Other hotels in area raised thier rates 200 300 400 & 500 we found this 129. Plus taxes. Staff, amazing everything amazing I would definitely stay here now everytime we come to town. No more with other hotels. If you don't mind a little dated but super clean & quiet this is where you should stay.

Staff was amazing! From the front desk to anyone we met in the hall. Was dissatisfied as I booked with Booking.com(unaware) and although I had called back after booking my senior discount was not honoured. Either way, satisfied with the hotel but breakfast was only ok.

I guess breakfasts could have been so much better, within a pandemic I am sure many more restrictions apply but quality should never be prioritized.

I like how friendly the staff was. They were very pleasant and helpful. The place was clean.

Breakfast did run out, and we had to wait a little for the sausages to be done, but otherwise, everything else was great.

There were a few guys downstairs who were nice enough but offered us crack a few times different people. It was off-putting so we just avoided going out for smokes on the south side. Didn't say anything bc they had a room and were nice enough about it.

We wanted a hotel close to the Go-Train, it was! We arrived early and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us so we could drop our bags and head off to a concert. Clean, sufficient room!

I rented a king business room. My room was on the second floor at the back of the building. It was quite, the air conditioning kept the room comfortable for sleeping. I requested an additional 2 nights added to my stay and the property was able to accommodate without issue. Check-in was fast and the attendant was friendly. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. Large refrigerator and microwave.

The shower didn't drain properly and held water in the bottom and the exhaust fan wasn't operational. There are some questionable people that loiter around the back of the building.

The breakfast was insanely good, never seen anything like that in a hotel of that price. The staff was very professional and friendly!

We found one hair in the bed, the rest was very clean.
