We loved the room, particularly the bathroom as well as the location. Everything was easy to get to and back from.

The option to have our own food at the hotel. As the hotel food is expensive it meant having to go out for every meal which was not always ideal for a week long stay.

The hotel is located in a superb location and what I love about it is the shopping mall "Lotte" is connected from the basement where you can find plenty of food and supermarket and shops. The room is very comfortable for my sister and myself with 2 separate couch in front of our beds. The hotel is mega to us with a huge gym, a nice roof garden, a golf range, indoor pool, etc. and many restaurants to choose from. The hotel staff were also very helpful when we needed advice for our itinerary, very willing to check online and guide us. I would strongly recommend this hotel to those who like hassle-free trips and great accessibility to everything you need without even taking the subway.

Location is second to none. Staff are best I have ever seen in South Korea. Truly they went on they way to make us feel welcomes and comfortable. They make feel at home and nothing too much of a trouble to ask. Breakfast spread is very good. I have used the business center and it was an excellent service. The rooms are very spacious and house keeping are very professional. Loved my stay and I will come back and stay in this wonderful hotel

Breakfast is a bit on the expensive scale. But you can call one day in advance to book a table and you will get a discount. There was no seating area in the lobby which was very strange. Other than that it was perfect.

The location was perfect for our first visit to Seoul, Korea. There were a number of subway stations within walking distance and we were very close to the busy and high-energy Myoung-dong district. We had a Deluxe Double room in the main tower, and the room was more spacious than we expected, clean and well-maintained with modern touches. The view of Seoul Tower from our room was a much-appreciated bonus for us. The bed was very comfortable. We also used the gym facilities and bar/lounge regularly during our stay and were impressed with the options, amenities and professional and friendly service.

I wish I could have stayed longer.

well, there is an „intelligent” light management, which for non-IT wise people may become problematic and there is no instruction on how to use it. the bed and pillows were super: not too soft. staff perfect- explicative, polite, professional. cleaning ladies - very helpful. as I didn’t want them to enter my room, each time when they saw me they were asking if I did’t want water, or anything else. Breakfast is worth a special comment- impressive variety adapted for tastes from different parts of the world. Staff very attentive.

Sulwashoo Spa service is non-reliable. on their webpage they publish certain procedures for body or face, you book according to the description, but when you come a nice lady tells you that they don’t have anymore this what you booked (for booking they took your cc number) and you may choose only between „a” or „b” and none of them is what you really wanted. Sulwashoo in Lotte should be replaced by more serious brand.

Location was great, it was within walking distance to Myeongdong shopping streets, the location was well connected with many bus lines. I chose this hotel mainly due to its pool facilities as many other hotel options in the area did not have a swimming pool. Loved that the airport limousine pick up was directly outside the hotel.

We did not know that our booking did not include the sauna and onsen facilities. It would have helped if this was specifically pointed out at the point of booking. In addition, the hotel should also let guests know that swimming caps are required in the swimming pool. Only half of the pool was available to hotel guests and the other half restricted to their club members. Would have been awesome of the pool was bigger and longer (there were only 2 lanes available with a ~10m length pool)

Perfect location, variety of facilities, so much choice for food and shopping. The staff is professional and thoughtful. There is a whole mall attached to the hotel too. Great rooms and view! Excellent. 10/10.

The concierge has limited hours so it is difficult to sort anything urgent. Especially with the time difference, sometimes it would take over a day to get a response. For example I needed a transfer booked urgently (within 8 hour window) and by the time they replied I already took a taxi to where I needed to go.

The room I booked was very spacious with a walkin closet and big bathroom. The best part was the staff from front desk to conceirge who were very nice and helpful. Location was good and connected to the mall, a food hall and some restaurants and subway a real benefit on cold and rainy days. There are also nice touches like automated curtains, master digital control by the bed for all lights and a choice of 6 kinds of pillows! Also like the fact it has a bakery in the lobby.

The hotel rooms are a bit old with a torn old cushion on the sofa. Bed was a bit soft. Worst thing was the useless hairdryer which was not blowing hot air at all as the power of the old Rowenta dryer was very weak. Do hope this hairdryer will be replaced with a better one as I do like the hotel and will stay there again.

Everything was perfect. I behave sometimes annoying, asking many questions or not usual options. Staff was patiently clarifying, replying and satisfying my requests. Cleaning and replenishing with tea, coffee, water every day was done. I picked Deluxe twin room of 40m. It was perfect choice. Sleeping part separated from day-activity part. Room service was faster than expected and presentation (small details added) justify it's price. I like not too soft beds and here it was exactly how I like. Two pillows were ok. Airco was ok. We did not try to manipulate it, as it was ok. Communication with the ICN airport by bus is more convenient that by AREX/metro, especially for someone with a lot of luggage. The limousine-bus stop is just in front of this hotel. Breakfast is another big plus - they change certain elements from day to day, so it is not boring. Of course, the classic scrambled eggs you have every day. The variety is really impressive, taking into consideration the tastes from different continents. Guacamole was my favorite discovery.

Nobody paid attention that I had my birthday during the stay. But obviously it is not critics.

In a great location, theres taxi rank, metro right outside, and busy street with loads of street food for night walk. Starbucks also few minutes away. Buffet breakfast was good.

We weren’t able to order breakfast to our room which we paid for in advance which was a shame as every 5 star hotel we stayed you had a choice of having your breakfast either in the room or in the restaurant. Buffet dinner in the main tower was very expensive and not worth the money.
