Receptionist was great. I was allowed to check-in an hour early (at 13:00hrs instead of 14:00hrs as the email confirmation stated). Room was quite clean and everything worked well. Free wifi was good as was able to watch Netflix easily. There were some restaurants in walking distance (5-10 mins).

Its not the easiest to reach by bus. I took the No78 from Stuttgart Station and then had to walk a further 5 minutes from the bus stop. Best way to reach the airport is by taxi although the hotel does have a shuttle bus service at specific times.

The room was very clean, and the staff was very well behaved. They seem to have a lot of experience with people who are forced to stay overnight in Frankfurt due to flight issues so they do their best to accommodate. Breakfast was amazing.

The location of the hotel is a bit too far away from a train station, around 20 minutes, so if you have heavy luggage it can be a hassle to get to the hotel. They do offer you a taxi and a shuttle ride to airport when leaving.

Reception staff was very polite and gave us clear instructions from the very beginning. We have booked the room for 1 night only as we had a flight to catch in the next early morning, that is why we didn't have the chance to try their breakfast. The room was good and clean and had anything that you need in it. Beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean. We would recommend this hotel to anyone that needs accommodation near Frankfurt Airport :)

The hotel was very clean and nice furnished. The beds were comfortable and the room in general including the bathroom was spacious. The staff was very nice and helpful, they gave us all the information we needed and always with a smile! The location was really good, close to the airport but also to the centre (many ways to transfer).

The room didn’t have a mini fridge neither a closet to hang our clothes.

The room was quite small. The breakfast was bellow average for its price. The location was far from city centre, we had to get a bus and a tram to reach the centre.

We liked the space in the room itself. Not cramped at all. We liked the ease to get in and out of there, loading and unloading the car. We liked the cleanliness.

The space in the bathroom was acceptable, but could have been a little larger. Shower was fine. The sound of water/sewage draining in the pipes running above the room was clearly audible.

We had a little "discrepance" about how the Corona 2G+ rules applied to my 13 year old daughter, so I had to search for a test center even thought she was "fully vaccinated" according to the app (2 dosis, since for children the booster was not yet possible. While waiting for the results, I read in the Hesse web page that it should comply with 2G+ since children are tested every week at school). Not such a big deal, and not really their fault since this rules change all the time and are not clear enought.

This is an excellent option if you are looking for budget accommodation: cheap, clean, and efficient (quick and straightforward check-in, no need to check out). It is near the highway and the airport -- for us, it was a stop-over on a long drive through Germany. The rooms are clean, basic but comfortable, and quiet, despite the airport being nearby.

The hotel seems to be in the middle of a business district which seemed pretty deserted on a Friday night. We didn't need to go out for food, but if we wanted to, it might be difficult to find something nearby.

When I wrote down the fact that I was a wheelchair user while making a reservation, I got an immediate response from the hotel. And, they suggested a room for wheelchair users. Thanks for the kindness and consideration of hotel.

When I returned from going out, the parking lot was full, and even the disabled parking area was full. It is a pity that the staff left this area for non-disabled people to use even for guests.

we stayed the night before a flight out of the airport. the staff was very friendly. the room was clean quiet and very basic. the shower was the best part of the room. it had great pressure! parking is plentiful. they accommodated our 2 large dogs.

it isn’t the best location. it’s fine for a overnight stay or passing thru Frankfurt on the way to somewhere else, but I wouldn’t recommend it for a city stay. Covid meant no breakfast and there are no eateries nearby.
