The hotel's prime location, situated close to the city and the main road, made travel convenient. The level of cleanliness throughout the hotel, especially in the spotless rooms, was impressive. The highlight of my stay was the exceptional continental breakfast, offering a wide variety of options, from fresh fruits and pastries to a selection of hot dishes.

While I was initially excited to check in (after long trip) the process was marred by a delay, mainly due to an overflow of bar clients. This wait was a bit frustrating, as it made me feel like an afterthought as a hotel guest. Additionally, I was disappointed to find that I had to pay for parking at the hotel when there was a free spot available near the street.

Quiet room. Clean. Breakfast was great, good coffee, great choice in drinks. They had fresh waffles. Sunday morning early so no queues. Enough seating areas. Parking space was limited, but well lit and nice parking lot. Petrol station across the road to fill the car prior to traveling, fill in the evening- it is a bit cheaper. Walking distance to the tram to the town center 5 min.

Not much. 1 Key card was not activated, but we only noticed prior to check out. So no harm done.

Breakfast spread was great with the option of waffle grill and fresh fruits. Rooms were clean. Parking at the hotel is expensive at EUR15 per night. I think these should be built into the price of the rooms to avoid hassle. The hotel is 2.5kms away from Freiburg centrum/Bahn. The front desk is great and available 24x7. My 7 year old daughter woke up mid-night hungry and we walked down to the front desk/Bar, who were happy to make a Pizza for her at 1am. She was very happy :-)

Expensive parking.

Excellent facilities overall. The room was clean and quiet, the breakfast was very good and the fitness room was well-equipped and with a 24/7 availability! The hotel parking was just below the building so very easily accessible. Also, in a really small note, I really liked the fact that you could take a coffee to go (included in the breakfast) :)

It wouldn't hurt to have more available parking spots or some type of reservation of a spot beforehand (the availability was really limited, so if you arrive late you might not find a free spot on the parking). The hotel was 20-25 minute walk from the city center, although the tram station was not far away and this fact might helped for a more quiet location.

Location - Location is just outside of the old city. Can be reached by tram 4. As there was construction work going on, we have to walk around 700 meters from Okenstrass tram station. Supermarket, Apothek are within 300 meters. Check in and check out quick and seamless. Breakfast has good variety. Though there is crowd, one can find place easily. Most important point is the internet had good speed. Staff is polite and ready to help. Rooms and hotel in general is clean. Everything was okay and nothing to complain about.

We requested 1 hour early check in but that could not managed. But nothing to complain about it. Rooms are reasonably sized with optimised space.

Excellent hotel in Freiburg, not in the town center. for us it was perfect because we traveled by car and was looking for a hotel with parking. The hotel has a big private garage for additional price but it's worth it, parking places are wide. Room is very stylish with comfortable bed. Electric kettle for evening tea or coffee. Nice and well equipped bathroom. Very good breakfast was included. Staff is very freindly and helpful. Price is a bargain for this high quality hotel.

We were pleased to have experienced the breakfast experience at the Stuttgart Hampton By Hilton before. It was the same way here. That's why we loved so much as a family. The rooms are clean, the service is excellent.

Apart from the distance to the city center, everything is perfect. But there is no need to worry about that either, because there is a tram right away in a very short distance.

It was a bit out of the town centre, which was made clear in the description. Not much to do in the vicinity. Local restaurants absolutely need to make a reservation for an evening meal. Trams into the centre only take minutes and are frequent.

Very busy at breakfast times at weekend, parking a problem at weekends, car park quite expensive at €15 a day, if you can get a space

Location is so so. Breakfast was great. Beds comfortable. Room and bathroom clean. Parking on site OK. Staff friendly. Outside was a bit messy, people left drink bottles in doorway at standing smoking area, not cleaned up in the morning.

Should have outside seating areas for smoking. Was expensive.
