Thank you for having us. The location was so close to Sakuragicho station. The view was beautiful except for the construction site. I'd like to commend the staff, they were so nice and helpful. We felt welcomed and when we weighed our luggage, they were so helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet too which has a wide variety of options. I booked early so the price was just perfect for my expectations.

The only thing I'm not happy about is the mold in the room. The room was clean it's just that, I think they should make sure to also get rid of the mold in the window and the bathtub corners.

I stayed at this place when I first visited Japan in 2008 - it was this only hotel I returned to for my 2023 trip because I remembered it being so good. My memory was correct, if you think Yokohama is magical, as I do, then you'll appreciate this hotel for the views and the location. The rooms are fairly standard for Japan, i.e. small and very nice, but the views certainly aren't standard. It's also great that you can see the hotel when you get to the station, it's a landmark. There are some great restaurants in the centre it belongs to, which also contains a very popular 'British' pub and 24 hour convenience store.

Having a "bay view" room, the view was really great. The hotel is close to train and metro stations and within walking distance to the Yokohama Amusement Park and Pacifico Congress center. Breakfast is good, with Japanese and Western selections. Good and perfectly working room features, staff was very helpful with powerplug convertor and ironing board.

The bed was quite rigid (not on my taste), and due to the small size the room didn't have a proper place for the luggage. Wardrobe also very small (but OK for short stays).

Very clean room and comfortable bed. Room is big. Very amazing bay view from the window. All staff are very polite and helpful. There is a staff standing in the lobby greeting their guests good morning which I never encountered in other hotels, impressed. Very affordable price. Can see the JR station once out of the hotel, super convenient. Restaurants and attractions are close to hotel. Will recommend it to friends.

The location is great, just a 4-minute walk from the Sakuragicho JR station. From the hotel is easy to reach by walking to different landmarks like cup noddle museum, and the port of Yokohama, among others. We went to the place early before the check-in to drop off the luggage, and the staff helped us without delay. The facilities were spotless and the beds quite comfy. The breakfast buffet was affordable and delicious.

The room was a big small.

This is my go-to place for Yokohama. Location is fantastic, across the street from the Sakuraguicho station. Staff is excellent and have always taken good care of me. Breakfast is very good for buffet style courses. Rooms are comfortable, clean and most importantly quiet.

They tend to book up early so the prices can be higher than surrounding- but worth it due to the location.

I Love the location! It has everything right there. The hotel is numerous restaurants. The area has a 7-11 downstairs and restaurants in walking distance. The room is a typical size not big.

The AC part was a downer it was hot. We eventually got a fan from them on the 3rd day. The bed was worn out. Wish the room was bigger.

The room was clean and had a great view of the cosmo clock - choose bay view if you can! Great location near the train station and bus station as well as bars and restaurants. We hopped onto a cable car easily to go to the cup noodle museum. Staff were all friendly and polite.

The room was small but this was expected and the lobby was on an unexpected floor.

the location is excellent just few minutes from the station Sakuragichu, restaurants, the shopping center and the skyline cabins which lead you to the CosmoWorld. The view from our room to the Cosmo Clock 21 was fabulous. the room was clean and the air conditioner did not blow in the direction of the bed as it was important for us. The stuff was helpful. Thank you.

Very close to a lot of points of interest in Sakuragicho. Lots of night life and close to the train station (less than 5 min walk from hotel exit). Amazing staff, they were patient and very accommodating !

My room was a bit small and figuring out the AC was problematic. But those are minor nitpicks.
