Fabulous location - not far from the subway, Shinjuku Station and most of the sights in Shinjuku. The check-in desk staff were friendly and helpful - they helped us to book taxis to a couple of places that we couldn't get to as a group of 4 easily. The rooms are pretty standard for a budget-concious Japanese hotel - small, but very clean and well-equipped. Free amenities. The room was climate-controlled and came with an air-purifier which should be used as the air in the hotel was quite dry.

Nothing - it's exactly as advertised, a great hotel option for those on a budget who want to be right in the action. Expect simple facilities and a smaller room, because that's pretty standard for budget hotels in Japan.

The location was very central and there were many eateries and convenience stores in the vicinity. It was about a 10 min walk from the train station and pretty easy to navigate. Although it was in a central location, it felt safe enough to walk around, even at night. We are a family of four, with 2 elementary aged kids, and our room was just enough for us. There was an amenity bar at the front desk and as a female, I appreciated the packets of make up remover, face wash, and even toner. We needed to send our luggage to the next destination, which they did for us, as well as bring out a luggage scale for us to weigh our luggage. We will be back next time we return to japan!

Newly renovated rooms, large bathroom, very convenient location. Extra toiletries available in lobby. Friendly staff.

Not sure if other guests already mentioned, the lifts stop at 2/F (lobby level) every time even though no one pressed this floor, this wastes time (of guests), energy (for hotel) and increases wear and tear (for the lifts), given the hotel is newly renovated, could just need a reprogram of the lifts.

Great location. Shinjuku Nishiguchi Station is just opposite while the Shinjuku Station is also within walking distance. Hotel with laundry & drying machines. I used them to wash my dirty laundry as I stayed for almost a week there. Very convenient. Mobile phone adapter (1 adapter with multiple types) is provided in the room which I find very thoughtful. Free ice dispense machine and it also has beer vending machine, great for those enjoying cold beer and drinks. Very friendly staff.

I personally do not like the private washroom / bathroom with stairs (1 big stair from the room floor). It is terribly.inconvenient for customers who have bad knees.

I did not choose the room with breakfast. The staff are helpful, the room was clean and tidy. I choose the Eco cleaning for my stay. Only change towels and simple cleaning. The hotel have coin laundry and microwave machine is very convenience to guests. There are many restaurants around the hotel that is easy to find anything to eat.

If the room rate could have more discount would be better as the room is small, only can open 1 suitcase inside.

Location was perfect - close to Shinjuku station, people at reception were very friendly and the rooms were quite comfortable with tea-kettle, variety of tea, small fridge, fan. Clear recommendation!

For breakfast mainly fried noodles, rice with chicken and vegetables, salad, but only little selection of bread, butter, sausages, marmelade... Not really convenient for german breakfast ...

I appreciated the washing facilities and the microwave. I usually stay in airBNB but with these facilities, it makes it equivalent. The showers were strong, which is relaxing after a long day of walking.

The pillows had a strange shape and were hard. I had a neck ache after sleeping on them. The safe's batteries ran out so I did not use it. Housekeeping should check once the guests have checked out.

Our rooms were updated and clean, surprisingly large bathrooms, beds were comfortable, staff were nice, and we really enjoyed the Japanese style breakfast. We found the rooms a good size for our one night stay. The location is surrounded by restaurants and a 7 Eleven is very close by. We would stay again!

A little farther from station than I would like while traveling with kids, not too far, but the location was still good.

I love how comfortable the bed and pillows were. The shower was amazing, it had the best pressure and the hotel provided high quality soap products. The toilet was very fancy as well and super high tech!

I wish the TV swung out so we can watch tv while laying in bed. Otherwise I have no complaints

The hotel is very well located, rooms were modern and clean. Our room was perfectly silent, we didn't hear other guests during our stay.

The breakfast had very limited options.
