Our room was very spacious, clean and tidy. They offer quite a lot of ammenities.

It was very noisy overall. You could hear every single guest talking, entering/exiting the elevator outside in the hallway, and vice versa. You have to pay for parking per hour or day. This is the first place that asked for this, and we have stayed in a LOT of hotels. You have to pay for your pet for every day of your stay. Some of the employees working in the restaurant could be quite impatient and rude at times. We ate dinner there once and never again afterwards.

I asked for a room to be quiet and away from a possible source of disturbance, and they fulfilled my request for a very comfortable and quiet room.

The breakfast was very limited and not like a five star hotel at all, we went outside for breakfast most of the days. I have been in a crown plaza in Saudi Arabia and Turkey and it was really five star hotel in compare to the one in Porto.

Outside of the hotel there is huge renovation of the street so there is noise from 07:30 am in the morning, plus the terrace of the hotel bar is closed due to that as well. We have booked a parking place prior to arriving pf the hotel but the last day the parking was full, so we had to leave the car key to the reception in order for them to find place….

Reasonably well run International style hotel. Good sized room, well presented. Breakfast good and able to sit outside sufficiently far away from the smokers. Located on several bus routes around 1k from the metro and 2k from the beach and park. Thanks for the birthday cake and Port.

No swimming pool or accessible outdoor relaxing area. Staff could not keep up to speed with the breakfast replenishment from 9.45am onwards or alternatively there was a shortage of certain items. Limited number of restaurants or bars nearby.

I think some adjustments need to be made for perfection Toothpaste & toothbrush should be provided Bathroom sleepers as walking bare feet on tiled bathroom floor isnt good

Big room, comfortable and extremly quiet. It is not in the center of Porto but also not too far. Ubers to the center cost only 5€.

Breakfast is extensive (20€). It's far mpre cheap to take an Uber and go to a brunch coffee in the center.

Room with a lot of space and very clean, position good if you need to reach business place using a taxi, the city center or the ocean beach are about 4 km far away.

Breakfast may start at 6.30 instead of 7:00.

Friendly and professional staff. Attentive to all our needs. Excellent restaurant "SoMos". Very comfortable beds and large bathroom. Well located. We enjoyed our stay and will certainly return on our next visit to Oporto.

No indoor pool.

Friendly staff, comfortable bed. The breakfast was a great selection. The restaurant has very good food. Location is not very far from airport and downtown. More buses front of hotel.

The hotel next to a busy road, which is very noisy. The food is different when you order to the room, not much option like if you eat in the restaurant.
