Everything was very clean. All of the staff were friendly, especially the breakfast attendant. The location was great! Convenient to everything you need. Pool was clean!

The beds were not as comfy as we’d hoped. You could feel the springs when you sat or laid on the beds. The pool area could’ve been a little cleaner. The table top was hanging off of the table and the pool towels were empty.

The location was perfect as we were visiting specifically for Brookgreen Gardens Summer Lights Art by Night. Short drive to Murrels Inlet for dinner and Huntington State Park for the beach. Easy to find right on 17 Easy on, easy off Staff was very pleasant. Breakfast hours were 7-10 and there was a good variety of food available. Mrs. Cynthia was a charming breakfast hostess. Not fancy but a great value for the price and location.

There were a few issues with our room but nothing major that would keep me from booking again.

Good staff...easy checkin. Good location. A pretty good facility in good overall condition with what I would term normal wear and tear.

The bathroom floor in our room had not been well cleaned...you should do the corners too, not just the middle. Not good to see a mixture of hair and dust balls. End of tub noticably stained or covered from soap buildup from obvious soap dispensers leakage....didn't attempt to ascertain which. Attention to detail in cleaning and some spot painting could have made this a better review and score.

Loved the breakfast and the breakfast hostess was the sweetest woman ever! She was awesome!! Location is close to everything and quiet. The rooms were clean and comfortable! We will definitely stay again!

The only complaint I could have is the lady that cleaned the rooms did not leave extra toilet paper when she came in and cleaned even though we were out. Really a super minor issue we went to the front desk and got some not a big deal at all.

The rooms was very clean and the beds was very comfortable. The breakfast bar was great plenty of breakfast menu items.

When I arrived at 3:20pm the rooms wasn't ready. I was told that the hotel had a inspection earlier, that housekeepers was behind in cleaning the rooms. I was told the room would be ready in an hour, when I returned I gave the hotel staff Shaun my info. I was told my reservations for my rooms wasn't in the system. She work diligent to solved my problem that was cause by Booking.com, which they did not forward my modify dates to Best Western. After 2 hours Shaun the hotel staff corrected the problem and I was assigned the 2 rooms.

Good price, not far from beach, restaurants and things to do. Nice pool. Employees were very friendly and helpful.Good breakfast options.

Not enough towels, they were out all the time. We had 4 in the room and only got 2 towels evert day. There were never beach towels at the pool.

The location was superb, easy to find, next door to Fresh Market. Room was clean and comfortable. The staff was attentive.

The linens were a little sparse in the room, when traveling with family could use plenty of towels, etc. without having to ask for them. Pillows were small and not the most comfy, but that was not a deterrent to returning next time we are in the area.

Breakfast was very good. Cynthia does an excellent job. The facility is well located, clean, and safe.

The ice maker in the stairwell under my room is the world's loudest and runs constantly. It sounds like an unbalanced agitator type washing machine trying to wash a load of potatoes. It is obviously on the brink of failure since the compressor runs non-stop and only produces chilled water. My wife and I barely slept at all..

Staff was super friendly! Everything was just great, the breakfast was fresh and hot, very clean dining room. Beds were nice and comfortable. Just wish the pool would have been open would have made our stay 1000% great (I know it’s not time for pools to be open yet) but as far as the hotel and staff it’s self it was great just might be coming back!
