Clean, quiet, beautifully landscaped, and private.

I absolutely loved everything about the hotel. And so did my family. The only thing I would change is how the pool is run. There should be a monitor of sorts. It was a busy weekend for us, so we only went to the pool once, on Sunday, about 4:30. We didn’t stay long because of another really big rowdy family there, that kind of took over the pool. They were eating, drinking, and the moment we smelled smoke from possibly marijuana we left, not to expose my 9 year old to that at 5:15. Someone to monitor every hour to make sure guests are following the pool rules would have solved that only stain on our trip.

I loved the size of the suite, the outside patio area, and how pet friendly they were. The staff were all very nice as well. It was also very close to Canobie Lake Park, where we needed to go with our kids. It's close to market basket, walmart, dollar tree, and plenty of restaurants as well. Their breakfast buffet was really good as well.

The pool was closed the entire time we were there. My boys were really looking forward to using the pool, and unfortunately, it never opened back up.

The suite was perfect for the family to fit in with seperate bedrooms, living room and kitchen!

The halls had an odd smell , it smelled like dog pee. It was also very unfortunate that the pool was not opened and I wasn’t informed at check in and got the kids ready to go down just to not be able to swim. One of our bathrooms also smelled strongly like cigarette smoke so unsure if the previous person was smoking in the bathroom but the smell faded a little by the next morning.

The king suite was very spacious with a separate bedroom and a full kitchen. My room was very clean and comfortable, though the sofas had lots of wear. The new lobby in the hotel is new and beautiful. The front staff were very nice and responsive. They always had a smile on and made me feel welcome. The outdoors were in great shape.

The breakfast is very limited. There were very few healthy options and everything was prepackaged in a factory.

Nice quiet hotel in a pleasant area. We had a studio room with a small kitchenette. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was nice. We loved the pool and play area nearby.

The breakfast was terrible! Cheap danishes and bagels and truly awful hard boiled eggs. They finally had "omelettes" that tasted like foam rubber. Luckily, we were staying in a studio so we could prepare our own food. Weirdly equipped kitchenette. It had a huge saucepan, a colander and one small frying pan. There were two forks, two knives and two spoons which are not enough even for two people. Very odd.

The hotel was great, clean, organized, the staff was very friendly and always willing to assist with anything you might have. The regular rooms (kitchen plus 1 bed) were decent size and well maintained, clean and with everything a couple might need.

The breakfast was very monotonous and consistent every day. They can be more creative by cooking their own eggs instead of heating up the pre-made ones from outside. With exception of the milk, orange as well as fruits everything else was out of the box, pre-made, heated up and served!

The staff was great. There was a little issue with the room we booked (due to unfortunate circumstances) The General Manager, Katarina Belcheva was awesome and did a fantastic job accommodating my family of 5. Kudos to her and her staff. Breakfast was good. Lobby remodel was very nice and modern. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

The hotel was a little further from Salem than expected, but this hotel was the only one that could accommodate my family of 5. The rooms were a little dated and could use a little updating.

The property is clean. Welcoming. the rooms are very “homey” super comfortable beds. the grounds are well kept. Alba at the front desk was very nice and had excellent customer service. She made us feel welcomed and accommodated. WE WILL RETURN ; )

No complaints everything was perfect! Only thing we hoped for was the basketball court as featured on booking.com

Pool and towels and staff

Perfect rooms! Selected a king suite and loved the mini living room with chairs, couch, and TV. LOVED the full size kitchen with fridge and ice maker. Made use of the countertop space and kitchen table. Felt like home for a few short days. LOVED IT!

Breakfast was less than expected. The women taking care of the area were quite pleasant but for this price, we were hoping for a hot breakfast. A waffle maker would have been perfect, and possibly adding hot meats and eggs and hash browns.
