I enjoyed my stay in the hotel a lot. The staff are friendly,kind and always willing to help. They greet you with a smile and do their best to make your stay enjoyable. A delicious breakfast is served to the room every morning. You can even decide what and when you would like to have it. The room ( no 7) overlooks the lagoon .It is mesmerising and waking up with such a view makes your stay unforgettable. The staff take care of the room every day. The bed is made and the bin is emptied. The location of the hotel is perfect. It is within walking distance to main tourist attractions. There is also a water bus stop nearby so you can easily get to Piazzale Roma and other destinations. I strongly recommend Hotel Vecellio Venice on the Lagoon.

Loved view of the lagoon from our room it was amazing to just chill and watch the water and boats. Breakfast was good and to have delivered to room a bonus. Most of the staff friendly. Bed comfortable.

For a superior room the Bathroom in our room 8 was small and the shower was tiny if you are real or a large person this w we would not be ideal. The toilet was very low to sit on and the distance between the toilet and bidet again if tall we would be a problem. The aircon was set on the wall and even on the lowest it was very uncomfortable as and ineffective (old style system and either need service or new ones.)

We really enjoyed the facilities and the surroundings... but we have to mention the excellent breakfast and the included toothbrush that were always available at the hotel. I have to mention also the excellent attendance we had from Monica. She is amazing and we really love talking with her... definitely one of the key points we have to go back to the hotel.

We have a small issue with the room lock that was not working as expected. Monica mention that they were already taking care of it and the replacement was coming. We did not stay long enough to see the replacement but nothing happened to our room even when the door was not closing perfectly.

Next to the water bus stations. You can walk for 15-20 minutes to most landmarks. It was quiet. You had the option of breakfast in the room for free. Kind staff. Hand cream in the bathroom. Venetian decor. There was a can of natural water and one of sparkling water in the fridge when we arrived.

Breakfast had limited options. You had to fill a form -same everyday- of what you would like to have. The room was tidied up everyday, but I don't think it was also vacuumed everyday. For some reason it was very hot inside and we had to keep the window open to get some air (Did not try air condition, as it was only March).

Everything. Small boutique hotel with only 8 rooms. Lovely and Venetian style. Room very clean and comfortable. Staff were very accommodating and friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and got it served in bed which was a treat! Pastries hot and fresh. Great location with a boat stop right out side which was great for getting the boat back to airport. Across from Murano too so easy to get there. 10 mins walk to Rialto bridge and 20 to Saint Marks square. Would definitely recommend and stay there again. We got a room with the Lagoon view which was amazing to sit and watch.

Easy to find upon arrival ... 2nd stop on the Airport waterbus and you just need to walk over 1 bridge and you are there (I read so many other accommodation reviews saying it took them hours to find where they were staying, there is no doubt you will get lost in Venice which is fine when you are exploring but not when you have your luggage in tow) My room was tastefully furnished and comfortable, TV, Fridge, Coffee machine, Safe, Heating (I was there in March - There was an A/C unit but I didn't need it). Staff were all lovely and friendly and informative. The Continental breakfast was sufficient for my needs with the added bonus that they will deliver to your room at no additional charge (you fill a form in with your requests the day before) Served from 8am to 10am.

Amazing location with a water bus stop directly in front of the property. And if you didn’t want to take the water boss, you could walk to everything about a mile away location location, location. The staff provided us information regarding an app to use for the water buses, which was very helpful. And they had a daily breakfast that they delivered to your room as well. Also, our room had an amazing window seat area (pictured) looking over the lagoon, which was a nice spot for a glass of wine in the evening as well.

Loved this property. If we ever went back, we would stay there again. 

Breakfast was awesome! Hats off to the lovely lady who did an excellent job preparing items we chose from the menu. The croissant with pistachio was to die for! The location was convenient and just across the vaporetto station and walkable to Venice attractions. The receptionist was also very helpful when we checked-in. She helped us contact the operator for the Murano and Burano Tours we booked, which was a big relief!

The bathroom was small, especially the shower stall - but that's typical of some hotels. The bed is comfortable - and that's what counts more!

We were during the carnival in Venice. The hotel is located in Cannaregio - it is the other side from the center of San Marco, where different events took place these days. But it was more positive because the area was quieter these days and we could see Lacuna. We got around on foot or by vaporetto. The room was small but comfortable and had everything we needed. We want to thank Elisa, she helped us with advice on restaurants and other things.

We were given a room on the ground floor, we could not fully enjoy the view of the Lagoon as it was noisy at night and it was impossible to open the window. If we had known this in advance we would have asked for another room. In the evening there is no one from the hotel staff and we had no one to turn to to get a towel or find out why there was no hot water to take a shower. Filled out a breakfast preference form in advance but had to be reminded every time what exactly we ordered. This was extremely frustrating.

The location was amazing, away from the crowded centre, but still close to it (20 min walk to Piazza San Marco). I was a bit afraid of cold in the room during the night, as I heard people complaining about it in Italy, but that was not the case. The heat was on all night long, so we could enjoy a good sleep in the very comfy bed. Supermarket nearby, as well as restaurants and cafes. Staff was careful and attentive, always ready to give a helping hand. Breakfast was good, with lots of options to choose from.

Some things in the room seemed outdated, but we had no inconveniences because of them.
