The manager and staff were very very nice, helpful, and very hard-working! We want to especially thank Lex, Jaz, and Rose for the best customer service we have ever received at a hotel. The King sized bed was so comfortable. We were pleased to be able to find a hotel that allows dogs!

The outside trash needed to be checked more often. It got really full and stayed full for several hours (24) before being emptied.

The property was clean, and comfortable. The pool was clean and the hot tub was functional. there were plenty of towels in the pool area. The breakfast was delicious and was fresh. I have milk allergies so it was awesome to have Almond Milk.

The lay out of the room was odd, but not anything that would prevent me from staying again. I was in the King Suite and the tv area should have had a Chair and not a desk that was pointed the wrong direction.

Super comfy beds and pillows (I have neck and back problems and felt very comfortable and relaxed in their beds). Large rooms. Quiet rooms. Delicious breakfast and good waffle batter :) Great customer service too, friendly staff.

I was disappointed their blueberry waffle mix wasn't available because the handle for the batter appeared to be broken. Would also enjoy some fruit topping options for the waffles as an alternative to syrup, so I can be healthier.

Breakfast was good. Location was good

The toilet was not working properly. You had to jiggle the handle. Water on the floor behind the toilet. Told the management, but it didn't get fixed while we were there.

Incredible staff, clean quiet room, felt homey and safe. Impressed with the breakfast options—post Covid most hotels put our snack bars if you are lucky. Really friendly people and I plan to return.

There was nothing negative about this place. I will recommend to others.

Location is convenient. Breakfast good. Room clean & quiet. Yummy cookies in the evening. Very comfortable beds.

The handicapped parking is far from the front door and down a significant hill. The spaces closest to the front door (currently marked as for Diamond and such guests) seem more suitable for handicapped guests.

The one ply toilet paper is my only complaint. The other issues were are not in their control. IE: guests leaving trash overflowing instead of going to the dumpster less than 100' from the door, guests leaving the breakfast area a pig sty after getting food and guests taking two parking spots for one car.

The staff was SUPER friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was full and fresh each morning during open hours and the location.

Excellent staff. I was impressed with front desk professionalism. Not only was he thorough in orienting me to the facilities, but I received a phone call from him about 10 minutes later asking if the facilities meet our expectations. Room was clean and bright. Location was very convenient, being right off of I-90.

I found the bed very comfortable. My son though felt the bed was very hard. Heating and cooling system also needed instructions to help it run properly. But we found everything else in our room and the hotel to exceed our expectations.

Good breakfast, although alternating sausage and bacon would be better. (I’m not a big sausage fan) Front desk personnel were awesome and very helpful!!!

Nothing the personnel could do, but the walls seem to be a little thin. We had people drinking in the room next to us and they got into a pretty good argument that we could hear very clearly!

The location was good and the accommodations were fair.

The pool could've looked better. It looked like it wasn't very clean. The jacuzzi was the same.
